The master bathroom toilet tank didn't fill. You need to add water. Access to the beach was closed due to construction. Furniture did not match the picture. The blue sofa was older.

Perfect family getaway

Great location! Super short walk to beach and pool. The bikes on site made it easy to get to shops and nature trails. Property is exactly as described. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Stay

This was our first time staying in this area and home. We really enjoyed our stay, the house was extremely clean and in the perfect location to the beach and pool. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to be at the beach within 5 minutes and pull within 2 minutes. We absolutely fell in love with this gem of a neighborhood!

A pleasantly comfortable stay in a coveted area at a reasonable price. The included four bikes are a great value since bikes are a must have part of a 30a vacation.

Great time on 30A!

This amazing cottage provided everything our family of 4 needed for the long weekend. Access to beach was an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach, depending on how cooperative the kiddos were! We will definitely be back!

Anniversary getaway

We had a very nice stay. I agree with one of the previous guests, the family room tv needs an upgrade and the front door lock was a hassle. Other than that, we had a great time.

Cute, cozy cottage

Lovely little beach cottage. Perfect for a couple or small family. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Perfect location on 30A. Very nice beach bikes included. Would have liked all of the tv’s to be a little larger. Tv’s in bedrooms were especially small.

Overall recommend this property. Excellent location and we think this area is perfectly situated between seaside and Rosemary beach. House is short walk to beach and pool. Highly recommend using La Dolce Vida chair service for beach chair rentals. Excelllent communication and response times from property management. Only feedback is I recommend updating the tvs to smart tvs and add lock with keypad for entry versus lockbox with a key. Would stay here again.

Exactly as expected

We've stayed in this community before, so knew what to expect. Only issue was the main TV is not Smart, so couldn't stream our apps. Had to move the smaller tv from the bedroom into the living room for the week. The community pool area could use some TLC.

A gem

We loved that this little house was away from the crowds. Felt like a little neighborhood nestled in the trees
and we lucked out with a few quiet neighbors. 8 min bike ride to Alys beach. Nice coffee spot there. Lots more activity in Rosemary beach if you want. 10 min ride the other direction to shops/food. The bikes were a real asset. The pool was perfect.The ocean and beach pristine with easy access. Public beach access close by too. It worked for us. We chose to not rent a car so used Uber & Lyft. If you want to be where there’s more action go to the towns further East and West. Also used a few apps to have groceries delivered. We felt like the Magnolia cottage was a gem. Happy we chose it over other places in the area. RealJoy Vacations people were in touch & very attentive from the beginning to the end Really enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing

Long Weekend Escape

Relaxed at Magnolia Cottage with friends over a 4 day weekend. The property is comfortable and within a 2 minute walk to the pool and 7 minute walk to the beach. The home is clean and offers a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle from 30a while being just minutes to great restaurants and shopping. Would visit again!
