Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space. Kick back and socialize in the living room or watch favorite shows in the privacy of your primary suite. Up a spiral staircase, the laidback loft creates more room to gather.

A private washer/dryer and provided beach gear add convenience.

Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

While this condo is dog-friendly, dogs are not allowed on the beach. The following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Perfect Vacation

Absolutely loved this rental! It was peaceful and quiet with beautiful views! It was beyond our expectations which made our vacation so enjoyable. Spacious enough for 5, clean and well maintained .. honestly just perfect!

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location

This condo is well-equipped and in a wonderful location in relation to the beach. It’s a quick walk to the sand. Yes, there are signs of wear and tear and things that should be replaced (such as several kitchen items…a bit disappointing, as I have seen this mentioned in other reviews and was surprised that it hadn’t been addressed), but the porch had beautiful views and the general layout and overall concept is great. I would stay here again. We enjoyed our trip and prefer this area to the beaches further north.

Beautiful beaches, clean, and close to everything!

Exactly as advertised! This place is beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. Every room was huge, and appliances and furniture all looked brand new. The outdoor balcony area was also really big and has beautiful views of the ocean!! We had a wonderful trip enjoying the beaches (2 min walk) and bars nearby (Mahuffers is awesome!!) Highly recommend this home for friends or families.

Pictures don’t do it justice!

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were all comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool area was great. No complaints at all. The only thing that could’ve been better is no red tide. Despite that we had an amazing vacation and are ready to go back!

Birthday weekend

Had a great stay at this beautiful condo with views of the ocean! Everything was as expected based on the descriptions. Clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Only downfall is the 2 flights of stairs to enter the condo- keep that in mind when packing your things!

Lovely beach getaway!

What a lovely condo! The decor was bright and beachy. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans/crock pot/dutch oven/plates/cups/bowls/blender/coffee maker/serving utensils. The hall closet was stocked with plenty of beach towels, chairs, a wagon and an umbrella. The two bedrooms had plenty of comforters, pillows, sheets and bath towels. The upstairs loft had two daybeds with trundle beds underneath. The balcony had views of both the intercostal and the beach. Our family had a great time exploring the sweet town. The food was great and the locals were sooooo very friendly! We will definitely be back.

Gulf coast = paradise

Great location. Indian shores is a nice quiet area. Beaches were clean. The condo was perfect.. kids loved having their own area in the loft This was the first rental that had comfortable beds.. we have memory foam beds at home and both bedrooms have memory foam beds.. My only suggestion about the room would be to add another couch somehow. I know space is limited. When it's not raining the balcony is perfect. Thank you for providing beach chairs and a beach cart.. the pool was great too. Can't wait to get back.

Beautiful Location

Our visit was great! The condo was very clean, but could have had the floors tended to a little better. We also felt that 2 hand towels and 2 dish towels were not quite enough for 8 people. One other area of concern was all of the stairs... 4 flight to get to the front door... for us it was perfectly fine, but for someone with preschoolers/toddlers, it would have been tough! The condo decor was so perfect and the beach was sooo close!!! We would highly recommend this place! Only reason I gave 4 stars was the floors needed to be swept and mopped as soon as we arrived after a 7 hour drive and the management hold times were very, very long when we needed to contact them.

Great Condo!

It's usually difficult to find a nice vacation rental that's not crazy expensive and pet friendly. So happy to have found this condo! It was so lovely to walk in to, clean and very spacious for our family. Kitchen is very roomy and had a great coffee/tea selection for the morning (we really apreciated that). All the beds were very comfortable, and my 12 year old loved having the loft to himself! Patio has a nice view of the ocean...a bonus! Communication with the owner was quick and easy! We really didn't need anything from them! My only suggestion would be to offer a recycling bin. We found a spot just down the road that we used, but maybe an update on where to go would be useful for fellow vacationers (hopefully more families would use it, too). We would love to stay here again! Thanks for the lovely week away from the snow:)

Beautiful

The Place was beautiful and only a very short work to the beach. I'll for sure be back to stay again. The beds where amazing. The house was clean and very nice. The only issue we had was in the master bathroom shower. When we turned on the water it would run around the tub and down the wall and all over the floor. It was an issue that has been going on for a little bit bc it had mold on the floor with paint washed away from the wall. They told us we could still use the shower. However we didn't fell like that was right due to our family is in real estate and that can mess up the property. So we only use one shower with 5 people was every hard. but other then that it was amazing.

Beautiful Home away from Home!

Beautiful family friendly beach home. View of the ocean and intercoastal from large comfy balcony. 2 minute walk to the beach! Awesome loft for the kids and very open concept set up with beautiful large island in the kitchen. The beds were super comfortable! There was a beach cart, chairs and towels that made getting to the beach with the gear easy! There about 32 stairs to get up to the room, so make sure you and the kids are capable of climbing. There is a pool with a bathroom, which was convenient. You can ride the Jolly Trolley up and down Gulf Blvd, even to the boardwalk in St John's Pass. So much to do within walking distance! Lulu's Ice Cream is a minute walk away, Smugglers Cove mini golf, tons of restaurants, shopping, water sports, and much more! The kids already asked if we can come back next year (and we just checked out this morning!)

A Wonderful Time!

An AMAZING condo for sure! We knew it looked great in the photos but once we arrived we were blown away. The unit is so bright and open. Everything is wonderfully updated and looks like it`s out of a magazine. We had 7 people in our group (2 were children) and we had plenty of room. The balcony is great with a ton of space, nice seating, and really nice views of both the back channel and ocean. The beds were all extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were great. Each bedroom as well as the loft had nice large smart TV`s. The kitchen had pretty much any appliance and utensil that we needed. Parking is underneath and very convenient. The pool is a nice size and a short walk from the condo. There is a bathroom facility right at the pool. The nearest public beach access is just a short walk down the street and across. There is a water hose down by the parking spots for easy sand removal. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Home away from home!

Upon entering this condo the upgrades and attention to details steals your breath away. It looks just like the pictures with all nice furniture, decor, and location. We had two hiccups during our stay. When we arrived the AC was set at 80 so we lowered it to 73 but hours passed and it was still very warm and would not go down. The second night an AC tech was sent and immediately after the AC was working good. Honestly if it wasn’t for the fans we would not have survived the first two days. The second issue which was worst was that on our first night as everyone was going to bed we noticed the sheets were all full of hairs. It was about 10 pm if not we would have left. We took out all the sheets and at that time did laundry. We ended up going to sleep around 1 am but at least we had clean sheets. When we contacted Teeming Vacations they offered to send back the cleaners the next day and issue a credit which was a nice gesture. We declined the cleaners since we had washed the sheets already and disinfected the entire condo. Overall our vacation turned out amazing. The condo is great for a large family as everyone has their own space. We loved the loft to watch movies and hang out as others slept. The only down side is the stairs. It is four flights of stairs which get you tired even if fit. They killed us during check in and check out going back up and down. The beach is across the street and you have a nice view from the balcony of the beach and inter coastal. We have only been back one day and already miss it except the stairs. Clean, Up to Date Unit in a Great Area!

I interacted with Shannon and Kris from Teeming VR to book my vacation. They were incredibly helpful and answered questions quickly throughout my stay. I was surprised by how much there was to do in the immediate area - about 50 yards away are a handful of restaurants and and ice cream store. If you walk a little further, there is pretty much anything you would want to do. You really can`t beat the beach directly across the street! Would easily stay again.
