Extensively cleaned and sanitized
Maximum 4 guests + 1 infant that will sleep in the pack and play. This includes visitors or overnight guests!

We have tried to cover all your basic needs for a comfortable stay.
Come and enjoy the winter season on Beech ! The ski resort is getting ready for opening around Thanksgiving and holiday season set up is getting in full swing on the mountain.
The space
850 sq ft private Ground floor GUEST SUITE!
With outdoor seating area.
level entry no stairs with own entry and driveway (will comfortably fit 2/3 midsize vehicles MAX)
welcomes you with a gas log fireplace in the cozy living area.
Separate Dining area..
2 bedrooms.... one with a king size bed the other with 2 twins.
Jack and Jill bathroom..
with shower and washer dryer.
Hotel size shampoo conditioner, body wash, make up wipes, toothpaste, towels provided.
Baseboard heating In every room.
Located 2.3 miles-7 min drive (in perfect conditions)to
Beech mountain ski resort
and Closest independent
bar/restaurant /coffee shop/ski rentals
3 miles to beech mountain center
3.9 miles 15 mins to the Overlook barn
10 miles 30 mins to sugar mountain
No separate kitchen but there is a kitchen nook with counter space,mini fridge, microwave ,toaster, cups ,glasses, and wine glasses,silverware, dinnerware set.

A 55 inch Smart tv with cable in living area.
2 comfortable bedrooms each with a smart tv (apps only no cable) WiFi . Toiletries....
Washer dryer.
No stove.. kitchenette.. not full kitchen
2 quality leather sofas & 1 chair in living room. Dining area is conveniently located behind-living room space. Children are welcome we have added a few games and childrenâs books and pack & play is available on request.
Once you visit you will be planning your return trip. We are located near Banner Elk with its many family run stores also near grandfather mountain - home of the mile high bridge and Bear exhibit. Come on up and see what itâs like to stay where the clouds fall low over the mountains

The winter season brings a touch of magic to the mountain. Enjoy sitting around the Gas log fire and enjoying your hot cocoa or glass of wine. If you have used the ski area we have a small boot dryer in guest suite so you can dry out quickly. Sit back and relax and enjoy all the mountain has to offer and make everlasting memories.
Security camera covers guest driveway & ring doorbell at guest entrance motion is turned off once we see all is okâŠie âŠno pets not over max occupancy and not all minors.. but you can still use it to contact us immediately if needed.
