Everything was as described if not better. We didn’t spend much time here except for sleeping but the beds were comfortable and everything felt clean. Quiet but not far off the main road. Would stay again!

Great location to ASU! Easy to find!

Location was very convenient to ASU and Blowing Rock. Clean, well stocked - you will need to bring coffee filters or use paper towels like we did. Food Lion is very close for any food that you need. Owner's were friendly. We'd stay again!

This is truly a home away from home. It is so warmly decorated, so cozy, and the owners have thought of everything. On top of that it is immaculately clean and everything is in excellent condition. We had the pleasure of meeting Chris and another staff member, and both were as friendly as could we. We can’t wait to go back.

Unit was very clean and well kept up. Every kitchen utensil and gadget that you would need was stocked including cookware. Plenary of towels and washcloths and a big plus was the washer and dryer. You don’t have to take back dirty clothes!

Nice stay!

We had a very nice stay at Fannie's Retreat. Description of home was as described. Home was very neat and tidy. Comfortable king bed. The fireplace was nice and cozy. The home was very close to everywhere we wanted to visit. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for the hospitality.

Very clean & comfortable. Brought DVD from home but could not get the DVD player to work. No big deal. Next time I will get a cabin with a hot tub, did not realize they had them. But mine was very comfortable. ‘Fannie’s Retreat #170’. I enjoyed myself.
