4th of July Weekend

This house is a great location to downtown Boone and many other fun activities in the area! Our kids really enjoyed the creek across the street and the cows behind the house. The house was clean inside and had great space for our family of 5! We wished the kitchen would have had more utensils for cooking and an outdoor space to enjoy would have been a great addition since there was no outdoor seating.

Ski Trip

Great place to stay. It was close to the ski slopes we went to and close to lots of great places to eat. The property manager was very responsive and the check out process was a dream! Perfect house for family vacation. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in this area.

Cozy retreat

We loved the decor and the house was laid out nicely and very accommodating. There was lots of room for the kids and adults to have their own space. The kids loved waking up to the cows nearby.

Lovely home a few minutes from downtown

House was just as described. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well supplied. Can drive to downtown Boone in ~8 minutes and location is close to other activities (greenway, Blue Ridge Parkway, Blowing Rock) Perfect size for our family of five - would definitely recommend!

I put this property for a friend of mine and she and her family absolutely loved it. she said the place was beautiful and sparkling clean and would definitely stay again. Perfect location close to Boone but yet not at the hustle and bustle. The decor was beautiful and the house was nicely appointed.

Perfect for a mountain getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at this lovely home. Kitchen was well equiped, beds were comfortable and the locations was perfect for us, outside of town but close enough to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the creek across the street as well as the ample yard space for morning yoga. Kelly was very responsive communicating with us regarding booking and arrival. We appreciated that many supplies were provided as well.

Highly recommend

What a great little cottage! Perfect amenities and so clean! We had 4 small children and it was the perfect lay out and size. Property manager/owner is very sweet and professional. It is an awesome secluded location right off the highway but easy and close access to downtown Boone. We will be recommending this property to anyone coming to the area. We had a lot of fun!

This property was perfect for our family of 6. The home was clean and well decorated. The kids enjoyed the creek across the street. It was great to have a pack and play and high chair for the baby. The home was close to the Blue Ridge Parkway which made for easy access for day trips. The owner and property manager were both kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

What a cute house! The house was clean, conveniently located, decorated well, and had everything you need for a trip to Boone with a small child. Watching the cows in the pasture behind the house was a highlight for the older kids (and me too! Haha!). The only downside was there was very little cell service, but that’s to be expected in the mountains. The wifi worked well so this was essentially a non-issue. Overall, great stay!

Lovely vacation home

The property was exactly as shown. It was updated and immaculate. The kitchen was well-stocked with supplies. The fireplace kept us cozy on frigid days. We were close to downtown Boone, as well as neighboring towns for activities. My children loved having a pile of board games to play with in the evenings. We would definitely recommend this home for a getaway.
