Our maintenance and housekeeping teams are available daily from 8AM -4PM and are happy to address concerns such as cleanliness issues, maintenance items, furniture concerns, or anything else that may impact a guest's stay. We encourage guests to contact us as soon as an issue arises so we have the opportunity to resolve it during their visit. We appreciate your comments regarding the condition of the carpet, furniture, sliding doors, bathroom fixtures, and overall maintenance concerns. Thank you again for your feedback. So wonderful to hear about your stay! We're so glad you enjoyed our ocean front condo. Our beach community is so relaxing and close to nature, we're glad you got to experience it. Sorry to hear about the issues with the noise from a nearby door - you can always call the gatehouse should noise be an issue, they are happy to help 24 hrs a day! Thanks for keeping our beaches clean - we're on a State Beach, so it's a mixture of private residences and owners. Come stay again soon!

Thank you for your detailed comments. We are happy that you enjoyed the beach setting and appreciate your kind remarks about our staff. Next time, you might prefer a beach level condo just steps from the parking area, and from the beach. We do understand that taxes (14%) add to the cost of a stay, as does housekeeping. VRBO does charge a separate fee, and shows this fee in the full rate detail when booking. Always best to thoroughly explore details, and this is a helpful tip for all. The modern square glass sink was a recent addition that most have loved. Adding a separate makeup mirror could be a great idea! Your insight on adding some lighting will also be shared as recommendations with the homeowner. If ever you have a question about remote controls or anything at all in the home, we are here 7 days a week 9-5 to assist you! Please don’t ever hesitate to ask. We’re sorry you felt it was only a 3 star experience, which hurts us. We hope to welcome you back and earn those additional 2 stars!
