Here’s the reasons why I gave a three star rating.Pro1. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with anything you might need. Cons1. One of the two blinds on the sliding door in the master bedroom did not work. With the early morning sun coming through, it was hard to sleep in. 2. In the living room the sliding door that goes out onto the outdoor deck would not open, even the maintenance guy could not open it. We had to go through the master bedroom sliding door if we wanted to sit on the deck. 3. It would have been very helpful to have written instructions on how to use the TV remote l similar to the written instructions on how to use the automatic blinds, those were very helpful! 4. In the master bathroom, there was a container of hand soap on the counter. In the second bathroom there was no container of hand soap, only one tiny bar of soap was left in the tub area. A container of hand soap would have been more appreciated.

When you walk through the doors and see the expansive view, you will be glad you have this gem. We were just 2 but loved the second bedroom to keep our luggage, the 2 bathrooms were a luxury and although it was cool we love sitting on the deck to watch the sun set every night. It felt like we had the property to ourselves. We only used the grill once, but anew York City apartment dwellers, loved the option. The fireplace with the duraflame logs was something we loved every evening. The management of the resort will get back to you immediately on any issue, and ensure you are happy. This is a wonderful vacation rental in a well-run resort in an exceptionally beautiful spot. Highly recommend.

Wonderful visit!

I've been visiting Pajaro Dunes for at least 20 years. This is the nicest condo I've stayed in yet. Gorgeous view, and the remodel is beautiful. We were very comfortable, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Peaceful, beautiful, romantic getaway

It was our first time staying at Pajaro Dunes, and it won't be the last. The resort is in a quiet, peaceful location with access to a pristine sandy beach. You can quickly get to Capitola, Santa Cruz, and many more sights. We wandered, collected shells, watched the waves, and enjoyed the quietude. We'll be back!

Beautiful spot on the Beach!

This is our second stay here and we returned because of the bright and beautiful space right on the beach. The house is very clean with everything you need for cooking, watching movies and enjoying the beach.

Picture perfect!

This was a girls weekend we all needed!! The picture were true to real life. It was a perfect place to stay and get away from it all. The private beach was literally steps away. We could not have asked for anything better. Can’t wait to go back!

Great views of the ocean. Grounds are lovely and I felt very safe traveling with my child. We had an unfortunate issue with our unit that I believe was a result of the prior guests.

Dune-not have words to describe!

What a beautiful condo, and an even better view of the ocean! Clean, up to date, and comfortable stay. Thanks so much, we had a great vacation and loved all the comforts of home. Great linens, washer and dryer, grill, clean bathrooms and these great swivel chairs that can either be used to look out the window or inside the apartment. We loved being on the third floor, great view and we could leave the sliding doors open on the patio without worrying about someone coming in. Staff was super friendly and easy access to the beach was just perfect. Thanks again! Would highly recommend!!!

Girls' Get-away

We celebrated a friend's retirement, and it was the perfect home for us. The interior is newly refreshed and beautiful. The view is lovely. You do have to walk up stairs, so be prepared for that.

Great Location and views

The room was nice, everything we needed and an amazing view of the ocean. The downside, the property is very dated. I'm not sure any money has been reinvested in the place in the past 25 years besides pickleball courts. I would imagine this place was amazing in the 80's/90's. I feel since then property management collects the dues and that is all.

Clean Property with a Spectacular View

We enjoyed staying at the property, which was very clean and equipped with everything one would need to cook a home made meal. The beach view was breath taking and we were able to walk to the beach within 10 minutes. The front desk office staff were very friendly and helpful with questions. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Awesome!

This is a wonderful property not to be missed. The views are incredible, the mattresses are comfortable, and there is plenty of seating. We had three, but it could accommodate four. Any more than that would be tight.

Nice condo

This is a nice condo! Only downside is the queen size bed as opposed to a king, but we knew that going in. Easy process for check in and out. Always a treat to be at Pajaro!

Location Location Location

Right off a clean uncrowded beach near San jose, the only thing we could have asked for was for no wind on our first day. Other than that beach conditions were great. Kind of secluded but only 20-30 mins away from Santa cruz, marina, and monterey. Highly recommended.
