This cozy lake retreat accomadates 6-7 guests in the bedrooms, with an extra large sectional in the living area.
Master bedroom has King bed with full bathroom attached & walk-in closet as well as a dedicated work place. In the walk-in closet you will find a stowaway twin bed to use if needed.
Extra comfy bedding is always included!
The secondary bedroom has a queen-size bed.
Third bedroom features a triple bunk for the kiddos!!

The spacious living room room is a great place to curl up with a book or plan a movie night on one of the 3 TVs(located in primary bedroom, living room, Sunroom) that all have Roku sticks. The Sunroom features large windows and amazing lake views, with seating for watching some football or playing board games.

Warm up this winter by the indoor fireplace with lake views

Hi! We are Joseph & Erin. We live on a small farm in Travelers Rest, SC, where we raise pigs, chickens, sheep & 3 free range kiddos. We are both Upstate SC natives & grew up spending summers on Lake Hartwell. It has been our dream to have a place here & create memories with our family. We are beyond thankful for the opportunity to share our home with you!

The Hooked on Hartwell Lakehouse is on a very private cove. Even on 4th of July, it was us & 1 other boat in the cove. The fishing here is amazing. Our neighbor pulled a 45lb catfish from this cove! Bass, crappie & sunfish are some that we've caught. We tried to think of everything we like to do on vacation & pack it into this house. Lots of water toys. Everything you need to make a perfect meal. Board games for a night of family fun. And plenty of space to lounge after a day of fun in the sun.
