Our cozy home is within walking distance of all Bethany has to offer!...delicious restaurants, great shops, fun bars, mini golf and of course, the beach! We welcome you to enjoy our four bedroom, three bath cottage with friends or family. The front porch, rear deck with grill, outside shower and fenced yard will give you lots of outdoor space to take advantage of! Inside the kitchen is fully equipped and the dining and family room areas lead to conversation and entertaining. Each bedroom boasts comfy beds and good storage with easy access bathrooms to match. Relax and savor the serenity of our home and its great proximity to the beach!

Stunning property, amazing location!

We are obsessed with this beautiful beach cottage! The proximity to the beach (2 minute walk), boardwalk, playground, restaurants, etc. was unbeatable, and the property was gorgeous. But beyond just the beautiful renovation and outdoor spaces, it was so convenient! We were two families traveling with young children, and the room set up, ample bathrooms, screened in porch and fenced in back yard made it so easy to have 4 children and 4 adults. There is parking in the back, plus an outdoor shower, hose and patio that made showering and de-sanding from beach time simple. Cindy was so easy to communicate with, responsive and accommodating. When traveling with young kids, it often feels like we have to choose between either comfort or convenience, but somehow we found all of it. Highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back!

* A Real Gem *

Can’t say enough good things about this home. The owner (Cindy) was easy to reach when needed. The check-in process was flawless. The house was exceptionally clean as if it was brand new. Almost seems as if the house was never lived in. Even the outdoor shower was clean and spacious. The cottage layout was perfect for our adult family of 6. Could easily accommodate 8 adults, with each couple having their own bedroom. Spacious layout with open concept for kitchen, dining and living room. It offers a spacious screened in porch with comfortable seating. The owner has excellent taste with the furnishings and quality appliances. The colors and decor offer an overall cozy atmosphere giving it a real “beachy” feel. My daughter, who herself is an interior designer by trade was impressed and gave it 5 stars. Location is great, within a block and a half of the beach and two blocks of being downtown near all the eateries and shops. Our family has had many beach stays over the years but his was our first trip to Bethany. We’re already discussing our second trip and you can be sure we will make every effort to stay here again.

Great experience!

We have rented multiple properties in multiple areas but this experience was the best. From the cleanliness and condition of the premises, to the location and to the communication with the owner it was all first-class. We very much enjoyed our stay and intend to pass along the property details to a friend looking for a getaway.
