Clean and great amenities

Spacious house that was clean and had amenities for everything we needed. Kitchen, pool toys, towels, etc. it’s all there. Property owner was great too. Provided timely and accurate information. Provided personal recommendations for our trip. Overall a GREAT experience

A host and property

This is our second stay at this wonderful house and once again our stay was perfect. We were in town to see my daughter run the Mesa marathon so I did a lot of cooking and this had to be one of the best equipped kitchens in any rental houses we have ever stayed in. We found everything we needed and more. The house has a great Arizona room with a ping pong/pool table that we enjoyed each evening after dinner. We spent a lot of time outside soaking in the sun and lounging around in the comfortable outdoor chairs. My highlight was the heated pool early each morning. For a Chicago lady this was a treat that never happens in February. We so appreciated the option to heat the pool. Our host Lindsey is such a great person. There are so many added touches to make a stay special from the coffee/tea bar to the lovely decor and many games and pool floats. Thank you once again Lindsey you really are the best!!

Clean and comfortable home with an exceptional host. Pool, outside games and indoor games to keep you entertained all day long. Enjoyed a morning coffee each day from the well stocked coffee bar. Immediate response to any question from meals to sightseeing.

Amazing property and host!

We traveled to AZ with 4 teenage boys, and wanted a house where they could enjoy themselves when not playing baseball. This property was absolutely perfect! Plenty of activities to keep them occupied! The coffee bar was also a very nice surprise. Our host, Lindsey was wonderful. She checked in with us prior to and during the stay.I would highly recommend this home and host!

Family Reunion in AZ

This property is perfect for families staying in town. Lots of games and activities for the whole family. Highly recommend the heated pool in the fall! House was very comfortable and everything you could need is provided! Nice neighborhood

Cute Tempe House with Pool

This house was so cute & perfect for our stay for my sisters baby shower dinner celebration. The location is great in Tempe, close to the freeway, nice neighborhood, corner lot, well taken care of. The house had everything we needed to cook, towels for the pool and the 3 rooms are super cute with cute updated bathrooms. We loved the sun room, all the windows and we ate dinner out on the patio table before we got in the pool. The host, Lindsey was wonderful! Great communication from start to finish. A really easy rental and stay. Highly recommend!

Very clean

I’ve spent my son’s first birthday here! The place is very clean, organized. The host is very responsive and very kind when I requested an early check in she was so kind to let me know that the housekeeper was done early and I can check in earlier than my time with no additional fee. I am so grateful that I was able to find this place and pretty much enjoyed my time.

Enjoyable Stay

This was my first time using the VRBO system. I will definitely keep it up with listings like this one. The drive from Gammage Auditorium was 8 minutes. The house is far enough from main roads for a quiet location. Very pleasant decor, five televisions, ping-pong/pool table, a very nice pool, and Lindsey thought of pretty much everything to make the stay comfortable. Great communication and thoughtful amenities. Next time I'm in Tempe, I will positively book again.

Family Vacation

From the start our host was just a message away; they kept us in close communication during the check in and check out process. We did not need to bring anything; the coffee bar was amazing and included tea and hot cocoa; something for everyone. The pool was so much fun!! Lots of room to be together or take a little time to yourself. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We will remember this always.

Hands down best experience yet!

Amazing property. From day 1 the host was friendly and helpful. The house was immaculate. Quiet neighborhood, 3 comfortable beds, updated bathrooms and kitchen, 2 separate living areas, large dining table and bar, tvs in every room. Every surface sparkling clean. The outside was also very nice. I would love to come back in the summer to use the beautiful pool. This really was such a comfortable, fun and seamless experience. I highly recommend this house and its host.

As advertised. Fantastic property!

Very clean with tons of room. This place has all the little things you need while traveling. Communication throughout was superb. The games were such a bonus and made for some great family nights. The location was quiet but yet close to everything. Perfect if you're coming to town for an event at or near ASU. Would definitely stay here again!

Tempe Ironman Vacation

My son competed in the Ironman and we stayed at this amazing home. It was more than we could have ever imagined. We all swam, played pool, ping pong, and even a giant connect four. The kitchen was very well equipped.The beds and pillows were perfect and there were an abundance of bath and pool towels. It was so nice to be welcomed with a basket of treats and a handwritten note. I would for sure go back.

This property is special to us because Nathan and I met there in 2008. We love this home because it has always had an atmosphere that is fun and relaxing. The property is so close to some of our favorite restaurants and bars which are located in Downtown Tempe and South Scottsdale. In 2022 we decided to do a full renovation to the home. It is truly a makeover to see. The open kitchen plans is perfect for entertaining. The home is so spacious with 2 living areas and a game room with it's own AC and heating unit. The game room has a pool table which turns into a ping pong table. There is large Jenga, Spikeball, a football, a cornhole set, a hook/ring swing game, and lots of card and board games. The bedrooms are very relaxing with hotel quality mattresses, linens and comforters. All bedrooms and living areas come with a Smart TV with Disney plus, Hulu, Peacock, and Netflix. Enjoy the full coffee bar consisting of a Nespresso, Keurig, and regular coffee machines. Creamers, sugar, teas, coffee flavorings are all provided. The house also comes with an outdoor propane fire pit table. Past guests have enjoyed sitting around the fire making smores and having lots of laughs around the fire pit.

The home is located in a quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood. The house is located on a corner lot so you have extra privacy. It is close to both the 101 and 60 freeways so it is easy to get to most places in the valley. It is a 10 minute drive to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and to Old Town Scottsdale. Guests will have access to the full 2 car garage. The pool is a 9 ft deep diving pool which can be heated if you desire. There is 3 sky lights in one of the living areas which makes for some really nice natural lighting during the day. The house is spacious, relaxing, recently renovated, and ready for you and your group to enjoy!
