Upon entry, you are greeted by a grand foyer with marble tile flooring, a sweeping curved staircase and captivating ocean views from the large picture windows that lure your attention to the ocean. The living room has a large, flat screen TV with Comcast cable channels, comfortable sofas and chair seating for family gatherings, and a game table with a variety of games for indoor entertainment. The renovated kitchen is spacious with stylish black and white tile flooring, a center island, large eat-in area, and a desk for remote school/work (quality WiFi included), and a convenient pass-through area to the dining room. The formal dining room enjoys ocean views and seats 8. Ascend the curved staircase to the second floor to an upstairs den with a flat screen TV, two sofas and occasional chairs and a small deck for viewing the panoramic ocean views.
