Welcome to our beautifully remodeled Bel Aire neighborhood home, and your home away from home while you're with us! We hope you will feel all the warmth here that we do during your stay. We have been top rated superhosts here in Denver since 2017 with over 300 combined reviews and bookings under our belt; we truly care about our guest's experience, so please book with confidence, and feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time.
You will find that we are very centrally located to everything the Denver area and Rocky Mountains have to offer, and we provide a unique and quiet stay during every season of the year on a safe, tree lined street at the base of the Colorado foothills.
What sets us apart? Aside from all the amenities you would find in your own home, including extremely reliable fast internet, the house is tucked back and secluded from neighboring yards, allowing our guests to be surrounded, instead, with budding flowers and trees through the spring and summer, vivid color as the leaves change in the fall, and epic snowfall through the winter. It's truly a special space, and we hope you will feel the same from the moment you arrive till the moment you depart. The abundance of nature offers a small town feel, while being just minutes from the amenities and attractions that make this area so popular.
Enjoy walking or biking the clear creek trail via Johnson park directly behind the house, or a short 10-15 minute drive in any direction to get to Red Rocks, Mile High Stadium and the brand new Meow Wolf complex, the Denver aquarium, Coors Field, Ball Arena, The Colorado Convention Center, Golden, Olde Town Arvada, or countless bars, breweries, restaurants, shopping, and dispensaries. Uber and Lyft are also easily accessible, and typically less than $15.
When you arrive, you'll follow the long driveway past the right side of the house to reveal your own private parking, patio, and yard. We hope you'll feel right at home as you open your front door to a bright, spacious, and artistically designed space.
The French doors directly in front of you welcome one of two cozy designer bedrooms. To your right is a full kitchen, stocked with everything you need for a meal in, as well as a coffee/tea station for those quiet mornings, or quick runs out the door for a day of adventure. Please enjoy the provided snacks on the kitchen table as you settle in.
To your left, a cozy living room and large couch, complete with family games and large TV with Roku streaming for those nights in. Further left through a custom wood doorway, you'll find the primary bedroom where we hope you'll enjoy viewing the wildlife that frequents the yard through a giant privacy filmed picture window. This room also has it's own secondary patio door.
Unique and custom artistic touches in the bedrooms invite a pleasant, comfortable stay for your group, and when you're ready to wash all the adventure off from the the day, a newly renovated, full private bath with all the amenities awaits as well.
Each room is equipped with a Roku enabled TV, desk and chair, ceiling fans, and personal heaters for your comfort and enjoyment. The house is also set up with smart home security, so you can rest easy knowing you and your belongings are safe and secure during your stay with us. This includes exterior cameras off the front and back of the house on parking areas, fire/smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, and glass break detectors inside the listing for your safety. We also invest in regular pest control to keep the house, and your space clean, healthy, and intruder free.
Note - AC for the entire home is controlled upstairs and set for energy efficiency. The thermostat located on the wall in your unit controls heat only, and we have set this at a comfortable temperature during colder months on a schedule, so please adjust sparingly. If you become too hot, or too cold during your stay, please feel free to open/close vents, cuddle up with the extra blankets provided, or make use of the ceiling fans and windows. Please be sure to turn all of these off when leaving.

Please book with confidence. As an added step, we've committed to Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol and provide a copy of the handbook in the apartment for you.

You'll have private access to the house to come and go at your leisure using the keypad lock, and your space is 100% your domain during your stay with us. This includes two bedrooms with closets, full bath, kitchen, and living room. You also have access to the large private patio just outside your door, and the expansive backyard. The upper portion of the house is occupied by us (your hosts), and entirely separate.
Other things to note:
â If you are staying with us for longer than a week, we will happily launder sheets and towels and provide fresh sets.
â Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and guest freebies included :)
â Hair dryer located in bathroom vanity.
â The dogs are very friendly, and small. They bark, but do not bite. You might see them playing in the front yard sometimes, so please say hello if you'd like!
â Please remember that you're staying in someone's house, not a hotel. We simply ask that you treat the space with respect, and understanding. If any problems arise, please inform us right away, and we will do our best to take action ASAP.
â All smoking should be done outside unless vaping. The vents in the house are all interconnected and heavy smoking circulates through the whole house. Thank you!
