KPort Concierge is thrilled to introduce you to this newly constructed house on the water with gorgeous views of Cape Porpoise harbor and Goat Island Light House in the distance. Enjoy ocean breezes from the decks by day and fire pit or grill by night. Launch your paddle board or kayak right from the property and explore the islands and lighthouse.
Many restaurants and shops, as well as the famous Cape Porpoise Pier, are within a short walking distance. It is also just a short drive to attractions in Kennebunkport and a ten minute drive to beaches. The home is centrally located for great family fun!
Upon walking into the sun filled home you'll be welcomed by the stunning view of water out the windows. The first floor is where you'll find a beautiful kitchen loaded with all the modern amenities, two living room spaces, a dining area, and a full bathroom. Also located on the first floor is a small bedroom suite with its own full bath. This space is perfect for someone who may struggle with stairs or would prefer to have a somewhat private section of the home for the duration of the stay.
Upstairs you'll find three additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. The primary, has a deck to soak in the stunning scenery and the other rooms feature stunning views out the windows. This house has a king bed, two queen beds, and two twin beds.
The deck off the kitchen/living room is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the moon rise over the water in the evenings. The basement houses recreational toys and beach gear that you are welcome to use during your stay. The yard has plenty of room to play and has direct access to the water. Please note it is tidal access and can be mucky at low tide. We recommend using water shoes to protect your feet. Additionally, although there is a place to launch small watercraft, there is no dock and no trailer access.

Fantastic!

Gorgeous Setting

We had a great stay at this home on Cape Porpoise Harbor. The location is outstanding and the views are amazing. Best part of the home is sitting on the large deck overlooking the water. Weather was amazing

Peaceful haven

Unsurpassable location- harbor/lighthouse views, quiet neighborhood. Linen service included, sweep floors and pull trash to curb- that’s vacation! Quaint village steps from grocer/liquor store and deli, lobster shack, deli, gallery, fish mkt. Heavenly house. Highly recommend.

Water view

We enjoyed everything about the property but the view from the deck is truly spectacular. We had hummingbirds in the foreground and a water view complete with lighthouse in the backround! We hope to come back next year.

Great Maine Trip!

1st trip to Maine and this home had everything you would need for a coastal vacation. The view and location was great. In walking distance to local shops and restaurants but very quiet. The beach equipment in the basement was an added surprise that we used! Wonderful time!

Fantastic home. Clean and super neat. Well stocked. Fabulous location and the absolute best views. Easy to wasps to neighborhood restaurants, grocery stores etc. close to Kennebunkport village but so very quiet and relaxing. Already made reservations to stay here again next year!!

Amazing in Every Way

What a find! This beautiful little house was the perfect spot to enjoy our favorite part of Maine! The beds were comfy and the entire house was beautifully appointed! The management company was very responsive as well. I will definitely be back!

Special place

We’ve rented several homes and this one stands out for its location, the decor, the cleanliness, and how completely everything had been provided for. Great appliances, high tech AC system, great TVs, and lots of things we never used (grill, fire pit, etc). And it’s just 1/4 mile from a good grocery store, several restaurants (especially Musette and Nunan’s), with others just a very short drive away. Cape Porpoise feels like a world away from the bustle of Kport, but that’s a short drive away. We will be back.

Wonderful family trip

We had a wonderful family vacation with my parents and our two kids (4 and 7). This house is perfectly situated on a quiet, beautiful street and you can't beat the gorgeous views of Cape Porpoise. We enjoyed coffee and dinner on the deck every day! You can ride bikes in the neighborhood and walk to markets and restaurants. It's also a short drive to Goose Rocks Beach, which we loved with the kids. The house is beautiful and new, very comfortable, and works well for a small group (though if you have more than 2 kids with you, you'd need to get creative with sleeping arrangements). We will definitely be back!

Make yourself right at home! Lots of books, puzzles and games to enjoy and our fully-stocked kitchen has all the essentials, including a lobster pot and utensils, you need for cooking gourmet meals. If you need to get some work done during your stay, the den/office is located right off the kitchen with a large desk and comfortable office chair. Gorgeous floors throughout, comfy beds and plenty of cozy nooks where you can sit back and relax. The two full baths, one off the hallway on the second floor and the other off the den/office on the first floor, are small but attractive. Second floor laundry is convenient to bedrooms. Decks get plenty of morning sunlight and are shaded from the afternoon and evening where you'll enjoy amazing sunsets and sometimes a spectacular moon rise if you're here near the full moon. Our yard is big enough to enjoy outdoor fun, including a fire pit, as well as the waterfront, which we've kept in its natural state with gorgeous wildflowers and other native flora. Make sure to bring your water shoes for launching your paddleboard or kayak since we do not have a dock and your feet could get muddy. We have plenty of outdoor furniture for you to enjoy as well as four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, cooler, two boogie boards and beach towels for you take with you to the beach.

This property was originally a part of a larger parcel that belonged to the owner's great grandfather, a lobster fisherman, who purchased the land in 1906. During the 1950's the family garage was converted into a radio repair shop, "Cape Porpoise Radio and TV", where the house currently stands. The owners have tried to stay true to the original design of the historic buildings and to honor nine generations of family history in Cape Porpoise.

Quiet and residential, our neighborhood has many year-round residents and is incredibly family friendly. Houses vary from quaint to grand with beautiful gardens and amazing views. Our street is a lovely place to take a walk or a lazy bike ride. Leave our front door to the left to get more ocean views, leave to the right to get to the local market, shops and restaurants. For a bit of a longer stroll, walk all the way around the cove to the pier where you can see lobsterman coming in with their catch or enjoy a meal at one of three restaurants. Some shops and restaurants are open only certain days of the week or seasonally, so make sure to plan ahead.
