The Space:
This multi-level luxury home has everything you could need for your next stay in leafy Westwood. From luxurious bedding, quality appliances and thoughtful touches throughout, you will feel instantly at home and ready to relax.

The open plan living area offers a comfortable space for family and friends to come together where you can stream all your favorites on the on the big screen TV warmed by the cozy fireplace. Step through into the modern chef’s kitchen that comes fully equipped with state of the art appliances and everything you could need to cook up breakfast lunch and dinner. There is a fridge/ freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser and a coffee machine to get your day started right.

Serve up your culinary creations in the elegant dining room with its contemporary dining setting and intimate chandelier lighting or if you don’t feel like cooking, walk or drive to many great restaurants only minutes away. After a day exploring the city, settle in for the afternoon in the bright sitting room with an inviting sofa, a second fireplace and a gorgeous picture window filling the space with light.

There are four generous bedrooms within the home with each offering comfortable beds topped in soft, hotel quality linen, their own lavish bathrooms and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. The impressive master bedroom features a grand king bed, its own sitting area with a fireplace and a wall mounted TV, a faux balcony and an impressive walk in closet – perfect for displaying all your new purchases after a visit to Rodeo Drive.

Bedroom two features its own chic boho style with a large queen bed, a hanging pod chair, floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors that open out to let the cool breeze inside. Bedroom three also offers a queen bed with a sunny balcony and a handy workspace ideal for students or remote workers with free WiFi to keep you connected. And finally, bedroom four features two twin beds ideal for friends or for kids wanting their own space. Open up the double glass doors off the living space and step out into your own private resort style oasis. Here you can take a swim in the inviting lagoon pool (cost to heat pool is $100/day), relax in the hot tub or just spend your afternoon lazing on the sun beds with an umbrella for shade.

Fire up the BBQ for dinner with a built in summer kitchen then eat alfresco style on the paved patio while you enjoy a drink or two from the bar inside as you soak up the glorious Californian sun in style.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas including the pool and hot tub as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to a washing machine and dryer within the laundry nook.

Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!

The Neighborhood:
The home is located within the affluent Westwood neighborhood which borders Beverly Hills to the east and Century City on the southeast giving you a great central base to explore all of LA’s great attractions.

Stock up on supplies with the contemporary Gelson’s Market just a 10 minute walk away or at the local Wholefoods only a 7 minute drive. When it comes time to eat out, Carmines is just a 5 minute walk away where you can enjoy delicious Italian food or walk a little further to Clementine, another great local spot.

The Westwood neighborhood encompasses the sprawling UCLA campus and the Westwood Village, a walkable historic commercial district with cafes, bars, lounges, a comedy club, restaurants and shops. The Village’s cultural attractions include the innovative Hammer Museum, the acclaimed Geffen Playhouse, and the Fox Theater, a landmark movie palace that regularly hosts well-attended premieres.
Shop along the ritzy Rodeo Drive just 9 minutes from the house, walk along the fun-filled Santa Monica Pier or see the bright lights of Hollywood and Universal Studios less than 15 miles away.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay. Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished home!

This home will be stocked with bath towels, a hairdryer and iron, and hotel-style shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!

Please be aware that the pool is left unheated, but can be heated for an additional daily fee. We will need you to reach out to us at least 24 hours before your stay begins so we can begin the process. There is a $100/day fee for heating the pool or if you are staying for 30 days or more it will be $1,000/month Heating the pool can only be done remotely by us so please be sure to reach out if you are expecting a heated pool.

Interaction with Guests:
