Beach lovers

Beautiful location. Wish I would have known before I booked restaurant doesn't open until end of April for the session. Grest heated pool and firness center. Master bedroom bed was soft. Both showers were wonderful. You can't see the sunrise from this balcony but we could easily walk to see it from the building next to us Overall great place to stay!

Could use a few improvements but decent property

Beds need to be upgraded for comfort. The internet at the condo is a struggle. We realized at the end of the stay that most of this is due to lack of clear communication. There was a separate internet for the condo but the information sheet was hidden other unhelpful books. There’s no way to contact the property and get straight answers, even on the app. The property mgmt clearly oversees too many properties to answer specific questions. However, the condo was clean and a great location.

Review St Regis room 3406

This room and view was just beautiful. Everything was updated and so clean. U can tell that the owners take pride in their condo and want u to have a great experience staying there. We had a great stay and would definitely love to stay there again. Only one thing I’d mention is we were never able to get the TVs in the bedrooms to work. The one in the living area worked fine and was easy to get on. But we only went to the bedrooms to sleep anyway so it wasn’t a bother. The view there is perfect and not only has a double slide door but also a huge window so it basically opens up the entire will to see the ocean. We have stayed at St Regis for yrs and this was by far our favorite room so far.

Spectacular Beach View!

Love the view from the balcony!! Beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Furniture comfortable and table seats 6…..St. Regis Amenities and access to beach excellent.

Million dollar view

Beautiful views, comfortable bed

We pretty much loved everything about the unit. The view was great. It was quiet at night. The only thing we would change would be dimmer lights surrounding the pool at night so we could better view the stars. However, we did understand that was a safety thing.

The view is spectacular. Having no washing machine was very upsetting since we weren't informed prior to this. Many of the electrical outlets did not work. The place as far as cleanliness was poor

You have direct view to ocean. The room is really nice, great kitchen, plenty of dish ware to cook breakfast. The furniture is really nice, beds are good. It’s a nice place

Great spot!

We loved our stay, it was well decorated, fully stocked and had great views. The only issue is the internet is the St Regis Internet and it’s slow and inconsistent and I assume the cable is apart of the HOA. We couldn’t get it to work in the master bedroom; I emailed through the app and got a standard response. The next day when we came in from lunch there was someone inside our property trying to fix it. I wish someone would have told us someone was coming, totally scared us. He also wasn’t able to get it to work. Overall amazing place, minor issues.

Not ready for guests: Mold in hall bathroom

Overall this location could be good, but it needs some significant work and clean up to make it a good place to stay. The worst offenses were old food left in the cabinets and the freezer, a dirty dishwasher and dirty plates in the cabinets, multiple locations of water damage, and visible mold in the hall bath. Multiple comments were made in the reviews about the electrical outlets not holding onto plugs, but no one mentioned that some are actually falling out of the wall and at least one in the kitchen didn't work at all. The sliding glass door is on the edge of being unusable. Opening it is a challenge (it sticks on the lock and nearly pulls the frame off). Closing it is even more difficult due to the alignment issues with the frame. It also makes a horrible squeal, but that's the least of its problems. This should also not indicate that they provide high-speed WiFi. The guest network provided by St. Regis is awful. Speed is bad (4 Mbps) and connection stability is worse. Considering cell signal in the building was weak as well, it made for a bit of a challenge when one of the people in our unit needed to work remotely.

Great View

This is the 4th time we have rented this condo. The kitchen is well equipped. There are TVs in the LR and BRs, but we don't watch TV. View of ocean is supurb. Vacasa management has improved amenities greatly. Unit is getting a little shopworn, but this happens with all rentals. The condo is comfortable except for mattress in master bedroom. We noted this last April as well. The last two times we had to sleep in the kids room, which has a double and bunk beds. Because of the lousy mattress, we will look around for other condos next April. All in all, we can still recommend this condo. It is better than many rentals up and down the island.

Relaxing ocean retreat

Condo was nicely furnished and very relaxing. Ocean view and sounds from deck were amazing. Easy entry and fully furnished with all necessities. We will definitely want to stay here again.

CONCERNED

As a business owner myself I understand the disappointments of situations that come our way through the people we hire. Upon arriving in the unit we discovered the toilets had not been cleaned. Normally we see a paper ribbon across the lid indicating that the toliet is cleaned. Fortunately we found cleaning products in the unit to do the job that should have been completed by those in charge of cleaning. I understand forgetfulness and or a mistake but when a toliet is dirty the whole unit seems filthy. I am grateful Vacasa has called as well as emailed my wife and I for feedback. That shows concern..... I hope you get this problem resolved as I feel for your establishment. DW

SKIP this property!

Staying in this property was a horrible experience. To begin with, there was only 1 functioning elevator in the building. There are supposed to be 2 functioning elevators - the 2nd elevator had been out of commission for at least 3 weeks prior to our check-in. This was not disclosed to us despite numerous texts and emails from Vacasa. In addition, when we entered the unit it was filthy. All the surfaces had to be cleaned, the place needed vaccuming due to excessive sand, and the beds were not all fully made. In addition, the couch, loveseat and chair are visibly dirty - the fabric has not been deep cleaned in years. The throw pillows were also disgusting, and there are several pieces of furniture that were visibly damaged. The bedspreads and matching pillow cases are stained for at least 2 beds, and the mattress pads need replaced b/c several are also stained. The dresser in the 2nd bedroom has doors that do not work, and there were ant traps on the shelves where you could possibly put clothes. There were also zero hangers (the prop mgr told me these are an amenity - that is the first time I have ever heard that). Only about 1/4 of the outlets work, and there are visible patches of drywall falling off the ceiling. While we were there the batteries failed in the key pad. We called and were directed to a lockbox, but not the right lockbox. There is one on the door, and also one 10 feet away. Who would have known? It took help from a neighbor and 3 phone calls to get in.

Nice updates, king bed not so great..

We loved how spacious it was. View was great and pool noise wasn’t bothersome. Included all kitchen appliances, dishes, and anything you would need to cook a meal. Kids’ bedroom was perfect. The only thing that was terrible was the bed in the master suite. Not comfortable and as noisy as an air mattress.
