🏝The perfect property for multi-family vacationing, this listing is for the entire house! Newly renovated, this two story house has two separate level condo suites with their own private elevator entrances. Each condo floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and outdoor balcony. There is a private heated pool and grill on the ground level. There is also a brand new pull out queen sofa bed in the first unit suite living room. There is a bonus room with yoga mats, free weights and shuffle board to hang out.

Situated just a block from the beach, the house is centrally located in quiet Bradenton Beach with views of Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The rental comes fully equipped with beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, beach towels and pool toys to use.

Perfect stay at the beach!

The two condos were perfect for our group of 4 mons and 5 daughters. Just a block from the beach! Condos were beautiful, clean and spacious. Can’t wait to go back!

Family Getaway

The property is fantastic, well-maintained and super accessible to the beach. Just a block away from the ocean! We definitely would consider renting this again.

AMI Family Trip

Property was very clean and welcoming. Manager was prompt to respond and very helpful. We enjoyed the various amenities and never had any issue finding things. Thanks again and we cannot wait until we are back!

Perfect getaway spot for multi-family group

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beach house! Our group, which included several families, rented both attached units, and it was the perfect setup for everyone to be together while still having plenty of space to spread out. The highlight of our trip was definitely the beach and pool. The house itself was spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The beach was just a short walk away, and the house is equipped with beach wagons and chairs. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to host our group, and we’re already planning our next stay! Highly recommend for families or large groups looking to relax and have fun.

Amazing location & property

Our large family of 14 stayed here for a week, and it was amazing! Clean, spacious, has everything you need including stuff for the beach and all of the kitchen necessities! It was a great location - only a block from the beach. Pool area was nice and a great way to cool off after the beach. Chris was VERY responsive to messages, but we really didn’t need anything after we arrived as the property was as expected. We would definitely recommend this property to others and we will be renting from Chris again when we return to AMI!

We had a great stay. We were 2 grandparents 4 adult children with 3 spouses plus 2 infant grandchildren and we rented both units. Everything was as described. The place was neat, clean and well stocked. The beach was a short walk away and Chris was quick to respond to questions, although mostly we didn't need to ask.

Great Location- Great property!

We had a fantastic stay with our family here! We had both sides rented and the space was very spacious and very nice. The pool was perfect temp to cool off from the hot Florida Sun. Everything in the house was very nice. Location, location, location! Literally a 3-5 minute walk to beach access point. Can't beat it. All the beach supplies were great to have. We had a wonderful trip! Chris was always quick to reply and very helpful.

Perfect multigenerational lodging

This home was two apartments in one house with separate entrances and elevators. We had guests ranging in age from 21-91. It was perfect for our needs as we were attending a beach wedding on AMI. The home was very well appointed and beautiful. Fantastic location. We walked the short distance to the beach every day and enjoyed the rooftop sitting area for coffee talk each morning. The heated pool was very nice and the grill worked great. We would definitely book again if we are lucky enough to get to come back to this beautiful island.

Family vacation/wedding party for 7 nights

16 guests.. including 12 adults & 4 children under 10. Check in was easy.. property was clean & has plenty of room. Short walk to the beach & located near plenty of restaurants. We had a small issue with the elevator.. (children playing with buttons) We had to call the owner & He was easy to get in touch with.. friendly & was extremely helpful to resolve our issue immediately without hesitation. Would definitely stay here again. 5 out of 5 stars

Big Family get Away

This property was perfect for our big family! We could all stay comfortably in both units. And be able to enjoy the warm pol and nearby beach. It was very spacious and clean. We got the hang of the elevators and also used the stairs. Was thankful to have 2 wagons and lots of chairs to take to the beach as well. We took the trolley downtown and to Anna Maria Beach them walked to Beam Point. We loved the beaches but sad that to windy to swim. Been an unusually windy winter. Chris was a great host and highly recommend this property!

Family Wedding Celebration

The location was great and the set up gives two parties privacy with the separate living areas! We booked the house for the brides entire immediate family and was like a mini family reunion ontop of the wedding celebration! Would book and stay again!

Great house in great location

This is a great house for large groups of people. Very clean, nice amenities and very close to the beach. The rooftop is great for watching sunrise and sunset. Excellent communication with the owner! My only feedback would be to make the listing a little clearer in two ways. First, the second floor and third floor are two different units that are totally separate from one another. You have to leave one unit by elevator or exterior stairs and then enter the other by elevator or exterior stairs. Not a huge deal but the it makes the house seem a little more separated than I anticipated. Two, the listing says Hot Tub. The pool in the photos is a heated pool but I would not call it a hot tub. Overall this is a great property! The backyard is private and the pool is really nice. Plenty of beach supplies as well which is very nice if you're traveling with little ones. Cheers!

We love that we’re located on a quiet street and the area is so family friendly. The around the corner walk to the beach is great for little ones and it’s a wonderful more secluded beach. If you prefer more activities, we are conveniently in between Bridge Street with shops & restaurants and Manatee Beach that has amenities such a food service, tiki hut, playground, several bathrooms & outdoor showers, live music and an ice-cream shop.
