Get out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Kona and into your own private paradise. This suite offers privacy, ocean views, and acreage to explore. Enjoy the beauty of coffee trees, tropical fruit and nut trees, and the sounds of nature.

This property is on a quite cul-de-sac up in the mountains, located 10 minutes from the airport, Costco, restaurants, farmers markets, and shops— only 15 minutes away from world class golf courses, beaches, resorts, and historical sites.

The unit is a private entry way with private lanai, located on the lower level of the host’s home. The owners are quiet but not silent, they have a friendly dog that lives upstairs and a young child as well.

Highly recommend staying here if you want a quiet and sweet little spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city without being far from Kona. The host are great and the views are great too. 10/10

Our stay was wonderful. The hosts are very welcoming. Easy check in and check out. Room was perfect for two and has a lovely balcony for morning coffee. The place was equipped with regularly need necessities. 10/10 would recommend.

Kona VRBO Review

This was a beautiful property in an amazing location overlooking Kona! Although the room itself is small, the unit had everything we needed (mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, hairdryer, beach towels, fans, etc) and was super clean upon arrival. Lauren and Nick were great hosts and super gracious with providing recommendations on things to do/eat nearby. The mosquitos were very active around the entryway/patio area so we weren’t able to enjoy that part of the property as intended - we understand it’s just a part of being in Hawaii but wanted to give a heads up! Otherwise, it was such an enjoyable stay and we’d definitely choose this property again!

Excellent Stay

Lauren’s and Nicks place was a perfect stay for us. It is up the mountain and away from any hustle and bustle. However close to many places to eat and beaches. Lauren and Nick were easily available to get a hold of. The place is small and perfect for us two and not having a TV was nice to have a break. If you are looking for a place that is in a peaceful place with lovely host this is a must!

Great place - just what we wanted.

Loved our stay. The unit was perfect for just the two of us and the balcony with views of the ocean/sunsets was divine. Highly recommend. Hosts were kind and helpful.

A "Birds Eye" view of paradise.

This place was pretty much its own slice of paradise. The location was close enough to main highways to get to Knoa and the airport in a very short time. The view was amazing, and the privacy was exceptional. The owner was always available if needed but kept pretty much to themselves. The room is small but "Cozy and had all the needed amenities.

Clean, private, and accommodating stay.

The hosts were respectful and accommodating. They provided just about everything one would need for a prolonged stay on Big Island, including towels and cutlery. The property was clean and private.

Tropical Rain Forest

Private, well maintained suite located on lower level of house in a lush rain forest atmosphere, looking down the hill to Kona, with great view of the sunset. Being at a higher elevation, it is pleasantly cooler. Great communication with property owners. A pleasant stay.

Cozy setting for 2 for a short stay!

If you want a private retreat away from the hustle and bustle this is the place! Clean, well maintained, great privacy, and great communication. Really nice patio where birds visit and you can sit sipping your coffee, and gaze into lush tropical surroundings and the sea at the horizon. On the smaller side, so if you want to cook and eat, you will have to work with limited space, a microwave and refrigerator. Otherwise perfect!
