This beautifully remodeled air-conditioned,1-bedroom/1-bathroom Kona vacation rental condo is well-equipped with all the comforts of home.

The condo is spacious with over 1100 square feet of air-conditioned comfort, or open the double sliding doors in the living room to let in the trade winds & mountain breeze. Stunning views of the golf course and a slight view of the ocean, assures you that you have arrived in the Aloha State & have chosen the right location for your Hawaii vacation. Please note that there are no window coverings in the living/dining area.

Comfortably decorated, the unit offers an open floor plan, and the vaulted, open beam ceilings make the living/dining area feel immense! There's easy access to the oversized lanai by either the dining area or living area, a perfect spot where you can enjoy meals or your morning Kona coffee. The bedroom is equipped with a Cal-king bed, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and a flat-screen TV. Whether you're on a working vacation or just need to check in with the office, this home is set up for productivity. Enjoy a dedicated workspace featuring a full-sized desk and external monitor—perfect for remote work, video calls, or creative projects.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, quality wood cabinets and stainless-steel appliances and is separated from the great room by a large breakfast bar. There is a full-sized washer/dryer in the unit so you can pack light!

Keauhou Gardens/Kona Coast Resort is conveniently located across from the Keauhou Shopping Center which offers a grocery store, dining, shopping, movie theater and other entertainment. Take advantage of the Resort amenities which include 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, 3 hot tubs, a sauna, 2 fitness centers, jogging paths, a sand volleyball court, shuffleboard courts, and barbecue areas with gas grills.

Great Accomodations

The condo was well supplied with everything we needed including all the kitchen tools, shampoo and conditioner, beach chairs and towels. We stay at this resort every year and love having food and drinks available to purchase at the main pool.

Wonderful condo!

The condo was beautiful and had everything you could think of needing (and more)! We LOVED our stay and would definitely book this location again if we see ourselves back in Kona!

Kona Coast Resort

My husband and I had a nice week long stay. We have been coming to the Kona Coast Resort since 2014 and have stayed in various condos within the property. This particular condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning worked well and all the appliances seemed newer. I only gave 4 stars because the resort itself is aging and the price seemed a little high. Also, the quiet pool which is closest to the condo was being renovated which is great but we were never notified prior to our stay. Would have been nice to know.

Great location, updated unit, top floor view unit

View of golf course, walk out to see sunset, great location at Keauhou end of Alii Drive. Unit has been updated and is top floor with stairs.

Great Stay

The property was excellent, clean, relaxing, and served for a great vacation. Note, the bathroom has a shower/tub combo with a large step to get in which may be difficult for some people.

Excellent vacation stay

The unit was spacious, clean and had a beautiful deck overlooking the golf course. The unit had everything you would need for a day at the beach. The property had great amenities including 2 pools, games, tennis etc. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice unit. Everything we needed and more Just a note about the garage door opener. Battery might be dead A bit too noisy / walking and closing doors when others were coming and going But hey, we’re we’re in Hawaii!!

60th Anniversary

The property was comfortable & convenient. The bedroom carpet needed to be cleaned. The management company was notified & responded immediately by having the carpet cleaned. They checked in with us several times to make sure we were comfortable . The location is very convenient with a grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and other businesses nearby. The resort has very nice amenities, pools, a spa & restaurant/bar onsite and an exercise room. The cable company updated the wiring while we we there but the internet/ tv pixilated during our entire visit. This made it difficult to watch tv. Many days we did not leave the property but enjoyed the amenities at the resort. Other than these two hiccups our stay was very pleasant.The staff are very friendly & helpful.
