A hidden gem! This suite was the absolute best spot to spend our week on the Big Island. Paul and Kay were excellent hosts. Paul greeted us as we arrived and answered questions as they arose. The pool and hot tub, along with the quiet backyard, provided the perfect oasis for a week of relaxing in the sun. The suite had everything we needed to cook meals and be comfortable. We cannot wait to return again!

Oh my gosh, you won’t believe how amazing our stay at the villa in Hawaii was! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were surrounded by breathtaking ocean views and lush tropical gardens. The villa itself was a masterpiece modern luxury with a touch of authentic island charm. Every little detail, like the comfy pool furniture, made us feel like we were right at home.The pool was our go-to spot for relaxation and soaking up the sun during the day. And the evenings were just magical! Warm Hawaiian breezes and stunning sunsets painted the sky. The location was perfect private yet close enough to explore local shops, beaches, and mouth-watering island cuisine.But what really made our stay special was the warm hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy.In every way, this villa was a paradise retreat a perfect blend of tranquility, beauty, and luxury. Great stay

We had a wonderful time at Paul’s property! Near to Kona but quiet neighborhood and great views from the pool and back yard. The hot tub and pool were an amazing way to end a day of exploring every evening.

The house was lovely and clean, powerful air conditioning + constant breezes made it really comfortable. Gorgeous ocean view

Our host Paul was always helpful and accommodating, including in communications before our arrival. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with everything needed during our stay. The ocean view is spectacular! Peaceful and quiet, perfect for our much-needed getaway. The location is quite convenient to restaurants and shopping, and to night snorkling with the manta rays, my favorite activity! We went on a day trip to Volcanos National Park, and they picked us up right at the house. Overall, a lovely stay and we'd be happy to return someday.

Perfect and quiet

Paul and Kay live upstairs from these one bedroom Suites. Paul was born in Providence, Rhode Island, Kay was born in Guildford, Surrey, England and emigrated to the US with two other girlfriends, when she finished school. Paul and Kay met in Manhattan Beach, California. They went to Hawaii on their honeymoon and decided to live in Hawaii.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This property has a beach public right of way bordering the east property line. This 'right of way' gives access to the beach on a 100' paved walkway.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This property is located on He'eia Bay which is right next to Keauhou Bay. He'eia Bay is a popular surf spot in the winter months and is known by the local surfers as H Bay. In the summer it is also a good dive spot, and enjoyed by many night divers and spear fishermen. Keauhou bay which is two blocks from our home has charter boats, kayaking, canoeing,famous manta ray dive boats etc. The local grocery store "KTA", is also two blocks away in the Keauhou Shopping Center.
