Welcome to Tiki Beach House, where your beach vacation awaits. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the Gulf, and wind down your evening watching the sunset over the bay. Take in the amazing Gulf View from the deck, complete with lounge and deck chairs. You have direct beach access to barrel #61 by vehicle, golf cart or a short 4-minute walk. There is a beautifully designed kitchen that is fully stocked with everything you might need to prepare meals. The large dining table has seating for 10.
Relax after a day on the beach with friends and family in the large living area, including a large screen TV and games. The master bedroom en suite features a king size bed and large bathroom. The guest room sleeps 2 in a private queen room. The kids will enjoy the bunk room, sleeps 5 with twin/twin and twin/full bunks. Upstairs you will find another private guest room, sleeps 2 with a full-size bed. All bedrooms have TV's. All TVs are smart TVs with Star Link internet to stream your favorite shows and movies. You will also find a highchair and a pack-n-play.
Downstairs is a spacious and inviting outdoor kitchen and gathering area for the whole family. With a gas grill, ping pong table, corn hole and a large screen tv, you won’t miss anything, including the big game! There is also a large fenced in the yard for the pups, and a sand shower.

The cargo lift is not available for use due to liability issues.

There are both types of coffee pots available, drip and pods.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a $25 per night pet fee, will need to be added after booking.

No events or parties are allowed, including prom/graduation. Max occupancy of 11 must be observed at all times.
Property is located on Bolivar Peninsula, also available by ferry from Galveston, Texas.
