Asheville Cottage - I stan w / i minuter till Biltmore & Downtown, familjevänligt

Asheville-baserade Sweet Biscuit Carriage House är en två våningar stuga och cederträskakstuga, perfekt för resande familjer eller en grupp vänner. Vår mysiga stuga har ett vardagsrum nere med väggmonterad HD-platt-TV med DVD inklusive ett kompakt stereosystem, ett nytt fullt kök med diskmaskin och matplats. Det finns en bäddsoffa i två storlekar som omvandlas om natten för att sova ett barn (full sängkläder tillhandahålls på begäran). På övervåningen finns två identiska drottningssovrum och ett helt ombyggt modernt delat badrum med badkar, dusch och elegant designad fartygsvask på en granit topp.
Vagnshuset sover högst 4 vuxna (två i varje drottningssovrum) och 1 barn (på soffan / trillan) med bäddsoffa. Detta boende är inte bekvämt att använda av mer än 4 vuxna. Meddela oss i förväg om du vill använda soffan i bottenvåningen som sovrum så att vi kan erbjuda full sängkläder ($ 25 per natt). Ett Pack'n'Play kan tillhandahållas gratis.
Carriage House hyr för $ 219 per natt, inklusive det fullt utrustade köket som gör det möjligt för gästerna att förbereda sina egna måltider. Denna semesteruthyrning ligger intill Sweet Biscuit Inn, ett B&B på samma fastighet.
Frukost ingår inte. Som ett valfritt tillägg, med kapacitet för sittplatser, är våra Carriage House-gäster välkomna att gå med i våra andra gäster i det intilliggande B&B Inn som serveras en trerätters gourmetfrukost. Om huvudbyggnaden är fullbokad kan vi inte få plats för Carriage House-gäster. Detta gäller särskilt helger, helgdagar och hela oktobermånaden. Frukostpriset är $ 15 per person (barn under 2 år äter gratis), och det räcker för att fråga om tillgänglighet dagen innan.

Highly Recommend!

I stayed in the cottage this past weekend with some friends. We went for a "mom's weekend away" and it was truly a great experience. The hosts were extremely polite and pleasant and very hospitable. They made sure we had all we needed and provided some great recommendations of restaurants in the area. I would gladly rent this place again or the B&B that is on the same property. I highly recommend it to anyone considering it. The cottage is very small (thus, a cottage) but was very comfortable for myself and my 3 friends.

A warm welcome to Asheville

We arrived late after a last minute booking and Christian was very accommodating. He made us feel most welcome after our long journey. The hospitality was amazing. The accommodations were very clean and quite comfortable. Christian was so helpful with locating excellent food and any other services we needed. A very positive experience. The carriage house was darling and fresh. I believe the housekeeper said that the entire cottage had been renovated . The two bedrooms were perfection with high end linens and most tastefully decorated. The attention to detail was impressive. I would definitely book this property again. The cottage is adorable and in a perfect location - quiet but central to everything Asheville has to offer. Christian and Claudia are so helpful and gracious and go out of their way to make your stay a great one. I will happily stay here again next time I'm in town!

Cute Cottage

We enjoyed staying at the Carriage House for a long weekend. The location was convenient to a lot of things locally. Excellent place for those looking to stay and explore the local cuisine. The kitchen was sparse but had essentials for breakfast. The house was comfortable and Christian was very accommodating for our kids and dogs. Only complaint was a fan would have been nice for downstairs to help with airflow and keep things cool during the day.

Short stay in Asheville

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. Our kids were sick but Christian and his wife were very accommodating to our needs and hope to return in the future. The cottage and surrounding neighborhood is lovely.

Lovely carriage house in pretty, quiet neighborhood.

This little cottage was a perfect size for the two of us and our dogs. Good area for walks with them. The property is well maintained and cute. Shabby chic describes the living area, it was quite comfortable. The beds and linens were first rate. The Inn on the property and grounds are beautiful. Christian was an attentive host, but was not intrusive. I’m sure staying at his Sweet Biscuit Inn would be a treat to BnBers. We would stay here again.

Perfect.

The cottage was perfect for the 3 of us for the weekend - location, space, kitchenette, comfort. The hosts were also attentive and accommodating. When we return to Asheville, we will choose the cottage again.

Susan Shah and John Meyer purchased the inn and adjacent Carriage House in their favorite Asheville neighborhood in January 2020. Susan was born and raised in Asheville. After graduating from Meredith College in Raleigh, she spent the next two decades working in hospitality with her family’s hotel business and commercial real estate and property management. Her passion has been hosting parties for family and friends. She’s happy to be back in the mountains near her family and excited to welcome guests who want to explore her hometown’s beauty and charm.

John spent his first ten years in Northeast Ohio before calling North Carolina his permanent home in 1986. An NC State University graduate, he worked in golf, landscaping and health care, before finding his passion in the kitchen. With a fondness for being in the mountains, John is excited to explore regional culinary traditions and call Asheville home.

Vibrant Downtown Asheville filled with shopping, restaurants, music and great people watching is less than 2 miles away. The Blue Ridge Parkway and River Arts District are less than 10 minutes away. The two-story brick and cedar shake cottage with a full kitchen and a private patio is perfect for traveling families or a small group of friends. There are two queen bedrooms plus a daybed, kitchen, and living area. The comfortable cottage has a downstairs living room with an electric fireplace, compact stereo system, and wall-mounted HDTV with DVD player. The cottage is cooled with individual A/C window units in each bedroom and on the main floor. Children of any age and up to 2 dogs are allowed in the Carriage House.
