Nestled into the hillside streets of Crested Butte South, this property has plenty of privacy and offers a quiet refuge tucked into the neighborhood. This property is located in Crested Butte South, 7 miles south of Crested Butte. You are just a short drive to the free RTA bus stop for a quick ride to the town of Crested Butte or the base of Mt. Crested Butte. Crested Butte South has a wonderful small-town feel, with a local park, restaurants, coffee shop, and more!
This home is full of warmth and charm. Relax after a day of fishing, hunting, or cross-country skiing on the large wraparound deck with expansive up valley views of Mt. Whetstone and Red Lady. Cozy and warm, this home is the perfect place for quiet relaxation. Many windows flood the entire home with natural light during the day and give wonderful views both inside and out! Kick your feet up in the comfortable main living area, and warm up in front of the wood burning fireplace. The spacious kitchen is great for cooking a meal for your group, and the dining room features great views and natural light as you dine, or as a place to entertain. If you want your vacation to feel like youâre right at home, but also surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, this is the place for you!

One upstairs room has a queen bed, but also equipped with a twin-sized trundle for extra sleeping areas.
Parking for 3 cars in the driveway. There is also a fenced-in backyard with access from the wraparound porch.
