- There are security cameras and an active noise monitoring device at the perimeter of house. The noise monitoring does not record audio, only noise levels to prevent parties. There are no cameras inside the house.

- There is no active lifeguard on duty, and unsupervised kids are NOT allowed in the pool area.

- Well trained pets older than 1 year are welcome here! We charge an additional fee of $100/pet for your entire stay and require proof of up to date vaccination record (rabies and distemper). We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra.

- Bedroom #2 is less private as bedroom #4 exits into it.

Great Stay.

Great stay. Eva and Sid were super nice and very good communicators. They resolved anything that we had questions about quickly. We recommend this to any families looking for a good vacation spot!

Loved the location

We wanted a home with pool that was close to the beach. This home was just that. We could quickly get to the beach and restaurants but really enjoyed staying around the heated pool. The subdivision was nice and quiet.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was perfect for our family of nine adults and one toddler. The house was clean, extras such as toiletries and laundry/dishwasher soap was provided. And communication with the hosts was excellent. Thank you so much!

Girls Work Trip- 7.5/10

Myself + 8 other ladies stayed in the home for a work retreat- 4 nights. Overall, the stay at the house was pleasant. The pictures advertised are accurate. With 9 ladies staying in the house, 3 ladies had their own bed, + the other 6 shared. The 3 bathrooms were a huge plus! Beds were fine- not the most comfortable, not terrible. A few of the outlets didn't work in the bedrooms, not the end of the world- just annoying. Upon check-in, the pool floor + surface was COVERED in leaves, and appeared to not have been cleaned in some time. I notified the owner immediately + it took 2 days before the pool was cleaned + able to be used. Thankfully the home has a hot tub, so we were able to utilize that- however, it only fits 3 adults comfortably- 4 is a sqeeze. After being in the home for less than 17 hours, there was a plumbing issue. Our group was gone from the house for 3 hours + when we returned, we walked in to a leak. One of the toilets had a clog + was overflowing. We immediately turned the water off to the toilet, grabbed every towel we could find to absorb the water, + started to plunge the toilet. I immediately contacted the owner, + he was very swift in responding + communicating. However, he immediately placed blame on us + assumed that we had flushed feminine products or an unnecessary amount of toilet paper-which we didn't. In my opinion, there must have been an existing clog somewhere in the line/ pipe. The owner of the home sent maintenance, a cleaner, + icecream.
