✹This spacious (1700+ sq ft), recently remodeled and beautifully decorated 3BR/3BA condo is located at the luxurious, amenity-rich, Gulf-front AQUA Beach Resort. This condo was recently fully remodeled with new flooring, new countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, and all new furniture and blue, beachy décor.

✹FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided with this rental, which includes 2 Lounge Chairs + an oversized umbrella (a $50/day value!) from March - October!

✹The updated kitchen is fully stocked with more than the basics (coffee/tea bar, oils/spices, Tupperware, plenty of pots/pans/cookware) so you and your group can prepare delicious meals while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in your HOME AWAY FROM HOME. We provide a generous supply of kitchen supplies and other household (dishpods, laundry pods, soaps, trash bags, Ziploc bags, tin foil, etc.) and toiletry items. No stingy host here! Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table comfortably seats 8 with additional seating at the counter-height kitchen bar. There is also a bar space with a wine refrigerator.

✹The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, beachy decor, a 55" Smart TV with cable and streaming access, and, best of all, HUGE Gulf views through 9 foot sliding doors. The spacious balcony offers breathtaking views of the famous sugar white beaches and emerald waters of Panama City Beach. On the expanded balcony, there is a dining table for six and two lounge chairs. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, a cold beverage, and a meal with friends/family.

✹On one side of the living space, there is the spacious master bedroom with GULF VIEWS, balcony access, a KING bed, closet, 42" Smart TV, and large bathroom with dual vanity, stand up shower, and soaker tub. The second bedroom has a TWIN over QUEEN bunk bed, 42" Smart TV, and private bath with shower/tub. The third bedroom is on the other side of the condo, offering privacy and has GULF VIEWS, a KING bed, closet, 42" Smart TV, and a large private bathroom with tub/shower.

✹Last, there is a stacked washer and dryer. We provide plenty of Tide Pods and dryer sheets for your stay!

Upon entering the building, guests are greeted by beautiful water gardens that lead to the grand lobby and reception area. Guests of Aqua Beach Resort have unlimited access to outstanding amenities including:

☆☆THE NEIGHBORHOOD ☆☆

Aqua Beach Resort is located 0.5 from Pier Park, the Panhandle's premier beachside dining and shopping destination that has 120 stores, 23 restaurants, and numerous attractions including the SkyWheel, IMAX Theater, Royal Escape Rooms, Dave and Buster's, and more! For your grocery needs, Pier Park has a Target, Wal-Mart, and Fresh Market. Along Front Beach Road there are numerous other restaurants within walking distance Aqua, including Shuckums Oyster Bar and Pub, Diego's Burrito Factory, Moe's BBQ, Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant, Senor Frogs Beach Bar and Grill, and Barefoot Hideway Grill. The broader Panama City Beach area has loads of attractions including Shipwreck Island Water Park, WonderWorks and Ripley's Believe it or Not, Zoo World, and more!

☆☆ OTHER INFO AND RULES ☆☆
✹ NO SMOKING
✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ AQUA Building Management charges $50 per vehicle for parking. The registration link for your parking pass will be send prior to arrival. Sorry, but this expense is outside of my control as building management requires that guests register their own vehicles.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
>PLEASE NOTE: In the event you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.

Having a car is helpful, but there are taxi and ride sharing services (Uber, Lyft) available. However, you might not even need a car as there are so many restaurants, attractions, and shopping within walking distance (1 mile or less).
