The beach club is undergoing refurbishment; therefore, partial sections of the club may not be available to guests during their stay.

On the interior, the home’s unique footprint and colorful finishes combine in 1 Calle La Ronda to offer a home that embraces thoughtful craftsmanship and artistic design.

To maintain privacy, the home is elevated above street level, but utilizes terraces and outdoor space to continue your connection to the community. Semi-permeable terrace walls make it easy for people to watch from above, or to lean out and shout a quick hello.

Rooms inside the home continue this balance between privacy and social connection. Its unique footprint contains three bedrooms off the main living area, where guests can gather in the open-air courtyard, living and dining area, plunge pool, or out on a wraparound porch.

A master suite fills the entire top floor of the home, providing a grande space for the ultimate in peace and relaxation.

Large windows fill the home with light while bridging you back to the tranquility of the natural world that is just outside.

This home away from home is just steps away from Ponciana restaurant and sunset barbecues on Playa Danta. When ready to experience local adventure, there are guided mountain biking tours in the nature reserve and kayak snorkel tours in the bay just waiting to be explored.

Las Catalinas is a growing town, so there is ongoing construction, mostly on the edges of town as new buildings, shops, and homes are built. The construction teams work hard to minimize any disturbances to guests and homeowners, but it’s possible that activity will be visible or audible during your stay.
