Lyx Ocean View Poipu Beach Condo 804

Kommande utsikt över den soliga Poipu Oceanscape, där lyxiga och lummiga omgivningar väntar på dig på vår Poipu Beach Condo!
Spektakulära Ocean View, 2-berättelse, rökfria bostadsrätt, har över 1200 interiör kvm. Ft. Samt 3 privata uteplatser. Det är perfekt för en familj, eller 2 par. Denna condo i Poipu Beach ligger i frodiga grunder som påminner gästerna om en tropisk botanisk trädgård.
Vår lägenhet är dekorerad med en Hawaii tema, modern ännu Island känsla. En välfylld kök med alla bekvämligheter, eller intill är grillplats. En 55 "TV i vardagsrummet med kabel och DVD, och gratis WIFI så att du kan hålla kontakten. Sovrummet har en platt LCD-TV.

De Nihi Kai Villas är en kort promenad till stranden, men ligger vid havet. Det finns tennisbanor, en pool och BBQ områden tillgängliga för gäster.

Restaurang på Poipu Shopping Village ligger en kort promenad bort för prisbelönt mat.

Vi räknade 120 steg till havet från vår lägenhet, och några fler till Brennecke Beach.


Vad finns i närheten?

Nihi Kai 804 ligger bara några steg från havet, och Brennecke Beach är ett par varv längre. Detta är en stor boogie boarding stranden. Ytterligare några varv och du kommer till Poipu Beach. Poipu Beach röstades # 1 stranden i USA av Travel Channel. Det erbjuder bad, snorkling, surfing, boogie boarding, lekplats, restaurang, glass butik, surf shop och en baby strand, allt inom bekvämt gångavstånd från # 804.

Bara upp vägen är The Poipu Shopping Village, där du hittar olika affärer, och några bra restauranger. På tisdagar och torsdagar kl 05:00 finns det en stor polynesiska Visa på gården. En av våra favoritrestauranger är Keoki paradis, som har ett stort urval av livsmedel. Gamla stan i Koloa är ett par miles på vägen, och erbjuder ett pittoreskt tillbakablick i tiden, och är hem till butiker och flera restauranger. Längre ner är Spouting Horn State Park, och arboretum, som båda är gratis att besöka.

Great location with amazing second floor patio. Patio was great for morning sunrise bird watching and evening sunsets. Many restaurant and bar options within short walk or drive.

This was our second time staying at this condo and we're already looking at when we can come back. The property is excellent, it has everything anyone could want for a relaxing vacation. The location is convenient to everything and the view is amazing the owner is incredibly responsive and very friendly.

the location of this unit is perfect. unfortunately a hurricane hit during our stay and we had no electricity for 4 days. The host graciously extended our stay without cost till the airport reopened and we could get a flight out. The unit was protected and we felt very safe despite a devastating storm. the pool and beach are just steps away and the condo grounds were beautiful. The condo was well appointed and we had everything we needed. I would like to go back without the storm next time. I would give this rating a 5 star!

Aloha, my sister, husband and I had a wonderful trip. The condo was comfortable, clean and the views, especially the sunsets were amazing. The property itself was well maintained and beautiful. We loved how close everything was and appreciated all the resources, maps and excursion suggestions; it was very helpful. We were all in agreement; returning to your lovely home is a must. The kitchen was adequately equipped. It had an excellent view from upstairs lanai, we even saw a whale from there!!! We had an amazing time in Kauai and the condo fit our needs perfectly! Mahalo!!!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It’s an easy walking distance to the beach. Loved the pool area. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were appreciated. Kitchen is well stocked. Beautiful view of the ocean from the upper deck. Parking very convenient to unit. Steve was very prompt at answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location with great views of the ocean overlooking Brennecke's Beach just east of Poipu Beach, both an easy walk to and from. The Condo was quiet and comfortable with all the kitchen utensils needed. Bedrooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed-beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. for a fun day at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The view from the porch was spectacular-do many beautiful sunsets! Steve was easy to work with-we would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo and appreciated how easy it was to walk to beach and restaurants and enjoy beautiful Poipu. We also were thrilled to have access to beach chairs, coffee and all the comforts of home!

Wonderful location

Our stay was exactly what we were hoping for. Great location, walking distance to a beach, and a nice casual restaurant. The condo is very spacious and we felt like we had plenty of room without being on top of one another.

The cottage was wonderful, high quality living space, two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Lani, off the living room was fantastic, with one of the best views of the sunset!We only contacted the host twice during our trip for advice and he was very timely and helpful.John & Jan

Nihi Kai Villas offers you a feel of a 5 star resort due to its incredible grounds keepers, but at a much lower rate than paying over $450 a night and the neighboring hotels. Plus you are getting a huge condo and not a stuffy hotel room for you and your family..
