Chic Beach Retreat *Bonita*

This unique place has a style all its own and is a 5-minute car ride to the sugar white sand beaches and turquoise waters of Bonita Beach and Barefoot beach. It is also 15 minutes away from Naples, Naples beaches, restaurants and shopping in one direction, and 15 minutes away from Fort Myers Beaches, Lovers Key, restaurants and shopping in the other direction. There are kayaking and SUP rentals right around the corner and mini golf. Plenty to do for the whole family or a romantic getaway.

This newly renovated and decorated vacation home is the left side unit in a 2-unit duplex, with a private entrance and patio.

Living space:
Stylish, open concept living area with comfortable seating, a sofa bed, a large smart TV with access to most of the popular streaming apps (don’t forget to bring your login details!).

The kitchen is well equipped for your vacation needs and includes a Keurig coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, a blender (for those healthy morning smoothies), and toaster (please note there is no dishwasher). The island seats three and the breakfast nook area seats 2.

Bedroom 1:
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of clothes storage space with a dresser and closet, a smart TV and en-suite bathroom shared with the kitchen.


Bedroom 2:
The guest bedroom has a full-size bed, plenty of clothes storage space with a dresser and a closet, a smart TV and contains the entrance to the laundry/Den area.

Back Den/office area:
This room is located off of the guest room and has an upscale twin futon that doubles as your comfortable seating option, as well as a desk and office chair. The washer/dryer is also in this room.

Bathroom:
Spacious and well appointed, there is a tub/shower combination, single vanity and starter supplies of basic toiletries.

Outside space:
There is a large, unfenced yard with a cute. private patio space that has a teak wooden table and bench setup for relaxing with your morning coffee or evening cocktails! There is a gas grill for all of your BBQ or grilling wants! We’re pretty sure this will be your favorite spot!

We know that packing space is at a premium, so for those essential Florida beach days, we have provided a cooler and beach towels along with beach chairs and a beach umbrella with anchor.

This home is professionally managed year-round.

Guests will have full access to the property. There is parking for 2 cars on the left-hand side of the driveway. Please park on this side only, to allow equal space for the guests in the right-hand unit. Also, please do not block the street or other guests. Thank you for your understanding on this.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details and directions the day before your arrival date.

This is the left side of a duplex house in a quiet beach neighborhood and only a couple of miles from the beautiful sugar-sand Bonita beaches. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and places to rent bikes and kayaks.

The beaches are a couple of miles from the house. There are plenty of bike rental places nearby, as well as kayak rentals. Uber and Lyft available. There is parking in the front of the unit on the left-hand side for 2 cars.

Noise:
There is an apartment adjacent to this unit on the right-hand side, so please be aware that you may hear the occasional noise from the guests staying next door.

Pets:
We will consider hosting your furry family member (dogs only under 30lbs), but PLEASE inquire first, before booking. This is a small home and larger dogs will not be considered. There is a non-refundable pet fee. Dogs MUST be leashed at all times.
Minimum age required to book is 25

No pets without prior permission. We will consider hosting the furry member of your family (dogs only - no cats), but need to know a little about them first, so please inquire BEFORE booking. There is a weight limit of 30lbs and we will not accept any dangerous breeds or larger dogs. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $100. Please always pick up after your pet and dispose of the bags (tied) in the general waste can at the side of the house. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be aware that guests in the right-side vacation unit may be vacationing with their pet. It is important to keep your pet leashed at all times. The yard is NOT fenced.

This is someone's home in a quiet neighborhood, please respect the neighbors and their children by quieting music and outdoor conversation before 8 am and after 10pm

No smoking in the house or on the patio (out of respect for guests in the other unit). Violation of this rule will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee

Upon arrival: Our goal is that you have an excellent stay, and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager within 2 hours of arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you.

We understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.

Please read through the house manual provided online and at the property to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.

Only sandy toes inside the house! Please leave shoes by the door.
