We take care of all the details here so that no matter if it's just dinner with family or drinks & appetizers shared among company, each dining experience is well-prepared for your curation. After a fulfilling day of adventure, come home and treat yourself to the highest level of indulgence.

You'll be close to everything from beautiful beach walks and bustling oceanfront activities, to outdoor festivals and top rated restaurants. The space met our needs and the location is terrific. It was great to have all the beach equipment. Many of the windows are cracked- and clearly part of the original construction. They really need to be replaced, especially since you can’t open the casements fully on the driveway side. It was unseasonably hot so we definitely needed the air conditioning. Bedrooms took a long time to cool off. The electrical system needs updating as you cannot run the AC with the other appliances. The driveway was a terror to manage, particularly backing out. I wish we had known you could only access the studio by going through one of the bedrooms.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased the home met your needs and that you enjoyed the location and beach equipment. For clarification, the lower unit windows are not original; they have been replaced on four occasions. The casement windows along the driveway are labeled not to be opened fully because larger vehicles can strike and crack them. When using the portable air conditioning units, the windows must remain closed for the rooms to cool effectively, particularly during unusually warm weather. The power interruption occurred while multiple air conditioning units and appliances in both units were operating simultaneously. As explained during the stay, the electrical load must be managed when using several high powered appliances at the same time. The property includes four complimentary parking spaces. The driveway may require careful maneuvering, particularly for larger vehicles. The rear bedroom also has a separate exterior entrance near the garage, so access is not limited to walking through another bedroom. The home’s complete layout and floor plan are provided in the online listing so guests can review these details before booking. Haller Coastal Homes

We had an amazing stay! We rented the upper and lower units and for 9 people, it gave all of us plenty of space to gather mostly in the lower unit. The units were very well stocked. In the bathrooms, the toiletry products were good quality, the towels were plush and the toilet paper/kleenex were thick and soft. In the kitchen, there were plenty of dishes and cups for all 9 of us without having to bring anything from the upper unit. There was plenty of coffee for all of us for the 4 days and we didn’t end up using any of the coffee I brought and only a few of the pods from the upper unit. The kitchen was stocked with foil, cling wrap and even some baggies. This was a nice touch even though we brought our own based on a previous review. The common space was very spacious and the downstairs dining table was large enough to accommodate our guests from upstairs for breakfasts. The air conditioning units were efficient enough to keep each unit cool and there were also fans in each room. The driveway to the private parking stalls was a bit narrow and it was hard to angle the larger of our cars into the stalls so we often parked on the street. The street parking was easy and readily available. We were close to the beach and there were lots of restaurants close by. Communications before and after our stay through Katie at the rental company was excellent, clear with fast response time. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Santa Barbara with a big group.

Really a great location - just a few blocks from the water and easily walkable to downtown and beach areas the neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful We rented the full house - both villas - and setup was great 5 bedrooms and baths ensured all had their privacy while we all could be together beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was there from coffee pods to shampoo etc - we had a great time and would recommend west villas

Family Vacation in Beautiful Santa Barbara

The accommodations were excellent. (There was 11 of us). Clean, beautiful, updated, comfortable, lovely dishes, linens. Nice TV’s, and close to beach, Stearns Wharf, and restaurants. We would go back in a second!

Wedding Family Reunion

What a perfect location! We were able to walk to the Wedding and also pier and harbor! Safe location with so much to do! We had such an amazing time reconnecting with family! A few suggestions: 1. Invest in some window screens or new windows for that matter! 2. Few additions to the kitchen are: saran wrap or ziploc bags and aluminum foil. 3. Add some spices to your kitchen essentials.

Thank you Diane. As a reminder to all guests renting the units together, parties and other social gatherings are not permitted on the premises as we have a Good Neighbor Policy in effect. Sadly our neighbors were disturbed during this guests stay which made it uncomfortable for all of us. The property owner is a "sustainable provider" that includes tupperware and many basics like Starbucks Coffee, tea and other items that do not expire and are individually sealed for health safety. This historic landmark and the windows, color, etc are controlled by our city. Screens are a rarity in our town as we do not have many flying insects here. We do have amazing ocean breezes, though! We are glad you enjoyed your stay.
