The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

The owners of Unit#5201 want to provide the best service possible for their guests.
Knutson & Associates will offer guests who book Unit#5201 the following additional services as a benefit, to you, the guest!
1. You have a complimentary concierge service to make Restaurant/Activity Reservations if you so desire to utilize
2. Need us to go grocery shopping or pick up certain items from the store before you arrive? We can ensure everything is in the property waiting for you upon your arrival! (Additional Service Charge May Apply)
3. Any guests who book 14 nights or longer will receive a Fruit Basket upon their arrival as a gift from the owner.
4. Face to Face Arrival Experience Offered Complimentary! All guests who book Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet 5201 will be met by Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment!
