New (July 2022) stand alone casita in a peaceful, relaxing with large yard facing arroyo, close to every amenities Santa Fe offers and right next to a large dog park (Frank Ortiz 130 acres). It is located in a mixed income neighborhoods (West Alameda) safe to ride bike to plaza and walking distance to dog park.

Definitely 10/10. Extremely clean and welcomimg. Private and quiet. Fenced yard for dogs. Many nice touches. Appreciated the large shelf in the shower, the ceiling fans, patio table and umbrella, and numerous hooks by the door. Property manager was very responsive and the one minor issue we had was rectified quickly. Nice mattress. Great location. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had a fantastic time at this beautiful one-bedroom casita. The house felt brand new, was spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, and the patio was such a tranquil spot to relax and enjoy the breeze. Our hosts were terrific—welcoming and responsive. We did get a little turned around finding the place at first, but once we did, everything was smooth and easy. We’d happily stay here again!

Unprofessional

If you want to travel 6 hours and then be told 4 hours before check in that your reservation has been canceled due to the owner double booking it this is the place for you!!! Extremely unprofessional and left my family in a pinch to find other lodging arrangements day of.

Perfect for a Couple with Dogs

My wife and I traveled to Santa Fe with our dogs. This is the perfect spot for seeing the city and hiking through the arroyo with or without your pups. It is walking distance to the Frank Ortiz Dog Park which boasts 138 acres of off leash trails to explore. The house had everything that we needed and more. The owners live nearby and are very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Casita!

Very Clean, well-organized and comfortable! It looked Brand New! Everything one might need is included in the Kitchen. The TV is Roku and takes some time loading programs. Large parking area, and good fenced yard for our two small dogs to roam around in! Hosts are very friendly! Enjoyed a chat with them one evening!

Lots of light with sky lights and large picture windows.

Good atmosphere with feel of Santa Fe. Roomy and comfortable....well lit with outside light...large private back yard....all utilities work well and are new. Quiet and peaceful! Near plaza ...7 minute drive...
