Enjoyed our stay!

Loved the home, even saw doldphins jumping in the water from the deck. One thing needs to be changed is that there is a fee for almost everything, even to use the exercise room

We bring the family to PCB each year. This was our first stay at Edgewater. The condo, view, and property were excellent. We will certainly consider this property for next years retreat. Thanks!!!

Great views! Sunrises and Sunsets!

Our family of four and my parents joined us on this trip! Two King size beds with beach views was perfect! We loved the wrap around balcony to see both the sunrise and sunset. It was a great location for the Gulf Coast Ironman. Unfortunately one of the elevators in the building was not working and made for long waits going up to the 8th floor. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a beach getaway!

Condo

Enjoyed the resort but the condo needs some work it’s not very pretty didn’t have many chairs on the balcony and the one’s they bought was cheap and the furniture was old but the resort was great loved the restaurant

Gourmet kitchen

The kitchen totally lack being equipped with everything you need. K-cups were left for us to use —- no Keurig in unit. The coffee maker needs to be replaced. No large cooking pots —— literally the largest one was a 2 quart sauce pan. All small appliances and utensils need to be replaced. Outside - 2 nice chairs. All other chairs plastic upright stackable dollar tree chairs. For the cost of this unit the kitchen and outside seating was a total fail.

Thank you for your review. The condo is not advertised as providing a keurig-only a drip coffee maker. As discussed on the phone the provider for our amenity kits provides the k cups in the kits. We have delivered extra pans/pots to the condo as well as extra utensils. The wrap around balcony has resin chairs as well as Adirondack chairs. Thank you!
