Welcome to our beautiful, brand-new beach home! The perfect spot for those who are looking for space and comfort while enjoying the beautiful Melbourne Beach area.
A cozy 3,670 Sq. Ft. house with six comfortable bedrooms for the whole family and friends. The house also offers two living rooms (one on each floor), a fully-equipped kitchen with daily essentials for meal preparation, a dining room, a game room, and an awesome pool area with pool furniture nestled in the backyard to watch the breathtaking Floridian sunset at the end of the day as a plus.
With a premium location of about 5 minutes (0.3 miles) from the beach, you will be able to relax and have fun with your family and friends. The house is also near multiple attractions, including the NASA Station. You can also see rocket launches from the house!
The house is ready to be the main scenario of your most beautiful memories, and our team will be happy to host you during your vacation!
★ **OTHER THINGS TO NOTE** ★
- Check-in is at 4PM / Check-out is at 10AM.
- A barbecue grill is NOT provided.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- The entrance to the complex is gated.
- The community is under development and the home is relatively close to the construction site.
- We do offer a pack-n-play and highchair as courtesy. For additional ones, there is a fee of $45 per pack-n-play and $25 per highchair.

- The pool heat is NOT included in your stay.
- Pool heat fee: $35 per day + taxes.
- Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-• day advance notice.
- Note: It takes 24 hours for the water to be heated.
- Pool size: 11’ x 22’.
You must ensure your children’s safety, including supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

There is a maximum of 4 cars parked on the property. Street parking is not permitted in the community.

Melbourne is near local beaches, parks, shopping, restaurants, and all the sights along the Space Coast. Some Florida wildlife you may see in the area around the marina may include manatees, dolphins, osprey, pelicans, stingrays, horseshoe crabs, and sharks.
