In town for a basketball tournament

Great location. Was easily the best kept house on the block. Close to everything. Will stay here again if we are in Memphis.

The owners are not very helpful. Our cars got broken into and we had to leave and they have not contacted us at all. We requested a refund but have not heard a single word. DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE

Family gathering

Great house for a multi-family vacation. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. Location was convenient for all the Memphis activities. Easy communication with the host. Would recommend to others.

Fantastic Stay

The property was spacious, not far from downtown. It was 6 adults. Everyone had their own space. We stayed for 7 days. The neighborhood seem to be ok. I definitely would stay at this property again.

Perfect for families

The house was perfect for 3 families. All 5 bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable even for seniors. House is very well decorated and exactly like the pictures. My mom really likes the master bedroom downstairs with a super comfortable bed and big TV. 3 king beds and 3 flat screen TVs were rarely found in other listings. The backyard was huge enough for all our cars. The neighborhood is charming and is centered in an area of Memphis that allowed easy access to wonderful restaurants, and mere minutes from Overton Park which is home to the Memphis Zoo, Brooks Museum, golf course, as well as beautiful green space I live in Memphis, would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends visiting here.

It was Okay

It was okay. Property is located on a busy street. Met the needs for my mom and kids as they were able to each have their own bedroom. However, the trash out front from the previous stay was an eyesore each time we drove up as it was over the weekend. There was barely any silverware which is important when we are a family of 6 cooking every night. The towels were in the dryer from the previous stay. The blinds down stairs had a random disposable shaver stuck in them. There was a random broken vase in the dining room. And there appeared to be a bat sanctuary at the house in the back of us...which was very strange. Not sure if I would stay again.

Property not bad, though there is some room for improvement

We took a family trip, over an extended weekend, and needed a place that would accommodate everyone under one roof. We slept well in this house, however did have some issues (which I have shared with the host). Pros: Good floor plan, responsive and accomodating host, Rooms were spacious. Cons: Found several things not to be very clean, furniture not very comfortable, several things broken, no bath rugs, towels laundered but stained, etc. Again, I shared all of the issues (even those not listed) with the host, and I'm sure she will work to resolve them. Generally, it's a good space, just could use a bit of sprucing up and clearing up the cons noted above. Also, the host is nice and as mentioned, very responsive.

Could have been better.....

Property details were accurate and the location was perfect however cleanliness and appearance inside left a lot to be desired. I felt like I came in just after the college students checked out. The house needs some TLC. It was about the same price as a hotel but allowed the family to be able to stay together with a full kitchen and multiple bathrooms. I was embarrassed that my family had to stay in a place that wasn't as clean and nice as the hotel we almost booked. I was expecting more of a 4 to 5-star stay but received a 1 or a 2. Towels were dirty, with minimum dishes, and cookware as well as minimum silverware. There was a broken toilet and a dirty fridge. I guess I was expecting more of a Hilton experience and got the local $ 50.00-a-night room. Doubt I will be staying there again.
