Our home is nestled in an up and coming neighborhood - within a quick drive from the glories of Graceland or a night on the town boogeying down to Beale Street!

Getting Around:
Centrally located, yet cozied away for a private stay, our home is perfect for staying in to relax or going out to explore the community! You’ll discover boutique shopping and specialized retailers alongside sophisticated restaurants and happy-hour hangouts.

Other Things to Note:
• We're happy to host you and your furry friend! We do have a pet fee of $75 per pet, per stay.
• Our neighbors are very sensitive to noise - in order to respect the peace in the community we do have noise monitoring devices indoors and outdoors. These devices do not record audio but will measure your decibel levels to ensure they're in line with our neighborhood restrictions and quiet hours.
•Please do not move any furniture in the home -
*A minimum charge of $100 will be billed to guest if any pieces of furniture have been moved

Beautiful home

We got there closer to 5 o' clock. First, we noticed the home was in a more risqué part of town. The home itself is gorgeous, but upon entering it smelled like marijuana. The host re-assured us that the tenants before hand did not listen to the rules, and they had taken care of it as well as they could. The couch in the living room was broken, but everything else was great. Until the last day all the breakers in the living room kept throwing. I do not recommend this home for someone that has mobility issues. the steps are steep. All in all we enjoyed the home. Thank you.
