Bring your whole family or friends group to "Liquid Sunshine", a poolside beach retreat with lots of room for fun. You'll enjoy easy beach access just a short walk across the street. This well-appointed townhome features three levels of living space, with each level offering outdoor seating/decking. You'll be just minutes from dining, shopping and all the activities Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, and Emerald Isle have to offer.

~1550 sq ft of newly furnished living space in the heart of Atlantic Beach and just a short walk to the beach. "Liquid Sunshine", located in popular Seaside Villas, is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom poolside townhome that is perfect for your next family vacation, or a friends' getaway. The ground-level patio leads right out to the community pool. Just across the parking lot is a small playground for the kids. A quick walk down the street and you'll also have sound-side access.

Bedroom 1: King | Bedroom 2: Queen | Bedroom 3: 2 Bunk Beds (Double/Single)

First Floor: Easy keyless entry leads you into the main living, kitchen, and dining areas. The kitchen and dining areas feature plenty of seating and lots of room to cook and serve your favorite meals. The back patio offers seating and a charcoal grill. The living area features a smart TV and games for fun and entertainment.

Second Floor: Stairs lead up to the next floor where you'll find Bedrooms 2 and 3. Full-size washer/dryer in the hallway closet. Bedroom 3 features a covered porch overlooking the pool.

Third Floor: The top floor of "Liquid Sunshine" features the entire master suite (Bedroom 1) and another porch overlooking the pool.

Parking - First come first serve for up to two cars.

No smoking of any kind inside or outside the townhome. Additional cleaning fees apply.

No parties/events.

Dogs allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. 2 dog maximum.

Great space & location

We had a great time with friends!! The entertaining space and bedroom were prefect for our group with the beach just a short walk away.

Home away from home

Beach Trip

Good location. Poor maintenance. Nothing in kitchen. Grill without propane and never brought one. Front and back lights out. Bathroom fans not working. All communicated to the managing company and nothing was fixed and we were there for 10 days.

The coffee pot still had coffee in it. Sons pullow case had some sort of red sauce or something on it. We had to buy an iron, there was an ironing board. We bought a hair dryer. We had to buy toilet paper. There wasnt handle towels in the downstairs bathroom. We thought it could have been stocked better with some amenities...or explain what you need to bring. We left the iron, extra toilet paper and the hair dryer. The pool area isnt pet friendly. Homeowners arent thrilled with the renters and you feel like youre being watched. It was a nice place and close to the public beach with a nice little bar restaurant across yhe street.

You can tell this property is ran by a Realistate company. Just lacks the personal touch. Very generic rental property. Also smells like cat urine/liter box. Especially in master bedroom. Not sure if it’s the carpet or the plumbing. Was not as clean as I would like. Windows are not clean and the walls look like water has run all down them. The paint that was used to patch up is a completely different color. Just a OK property. Condo is very close to beach and has great proximity to the community pool.

Wonderful location. 4 min walk to the beach, and literally right by the pool. Quiet community with lots of families. Just a few min drive to grocery store and coffee and a quick walk to ice cream! Plenty parking right outside your door, with 2 spots labeled with the house number. Playground right out the front door and dog clean up stations nearby. Each room has a dedicated bathroom which is great. Queen bedroomis small and bunk room and master are both very room. The linens and towels were all super clean and fresh. Comfy beds. House was clean overall but could use a good deep clean and update in several places. Bare minimum in the kitchen (no dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 dish rag, no extra trash bags, no hand soap in half bath). Saying these things not to criticism but to help others for future reference. Overall we had a fabulous time!

Great complex Great location

We were two families that stayed in this condo. The place was perfect for all 8 of us. Each room has it's own on suite which was a pleasant surprise. The pool was perfect when we were tired from the beach. We were there over the 4th and it was still quiet after hours. Beds were amazingly comfortable. And it was a short walk across the street from the beach. Would absolutely book here again. Host Jamie was very quick to answer questions.

Very nice and clean. Great location. Only caveat is that we did not receive the checkin email with the entry code. We called the host and were given it right away.

Smelly Stay

The area was good, the house was nice but had maintenance issues. When we arrived the house had a smell and as we reached the top floor it became unbearable it smelled of cat urine or something similar. We contacted the host company and they pushed it off till almost the end of our trip. We had to purchase multiple products to try to help with the issue but it didn’t work. They finally brought a machine to try to help out that we as the tenants had to install. There were also bug issues that someone was supposed to resolve, no one ever showed up for the issue.

Fabulous vacation property for a family

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Communication with the property owner was very prompt. The home was beautifully decorated, very clean, very spacious and beds were incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t be better for a family. It is located in a wonderfully well maintained safe neighborhood. We felt comfortable letting our teenagers bike all around. The pool was right outside our patio and it was just a few minutes walk to the public beach access, Dairy Queen, Dollar General, and other shopping. Highly recommend. We hope to vacation here again in the future.

Nice beach getaway

We really liked this home. It was a quiet area and our kids loved swimming at the pool daily. We had some issues when we arrived but the staff members addressed the issues and they were cleaned/fixed within an hour of us checking in. The property managers were very friendly! There was an ironing board but no iron so that was an issue since we were there for my husband’s retirement ceremony. Normally, we wouldn’t need one, but it would be convenient for those that need to iron clothes. Overall we had a great stay:)
