Located off of Route 1, you have the best options within walking distance!

Only minutes to Mike's Clam Shack, Congdon's Doughnuts + Congdon's After Dark, the famous Wells Steakhouse, and a mile and a half to the sandy Wells Beach, you have found the perfect spot to take in the ocean air with the privacy of enjoying your cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine at night in the private neighborhood of Rest View Lane.

Updated throughout the interior with light, beauty colors, and a serene feeling of vacation while walking through the doors, Wells Wishes has thought of everything to make your vacation all you deserve!

With its three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two living rooms, open concept living space, and large sunroom - you have truly found your vacation bliss!

Entering into the two-level home, you are greeted by one of the cozy living rooms with large flat screen TV - a great spot if you have a larger family and want some separation on TV time.

On the main floor, you will also find the King Primary bedroom and main floor three-quarter bathroom with walk in shower.

Head upstairs to the open-concept fully stocked kitchen, living room, and dining area.

So much room for the entire family to spread out after the beach and enjoy a family dinner, or to relax after a night out of dancing at Mike's!

During cooler spring days or in the winter, turn on the electric fireplace and enjoy the ambiance while cuddling up on the large sectional couch.
On this floor, you will find the two additional bedrooms - one queen bedroom, and a bunk bedroom with twin over full bunk bed - perfect for kiddos!

You will also find the second full bathroom with tub for rinsing off after the beach.
This wonderful quiet neighborhood and this fabulous home offers a delightful vacation experience! Great house convenient to Wells, Kennebunkport and Ogunquit

First time in Maine with my family (2 young kids - 3 and 9 months). We wanted to stay somewhere between Kennebunk and Ogunquit so we would have convenient access to both. This house was perfect for our needs - it was clean, conveniently located, and easy to access. The management team made everytbing very easy. We really enjoyed ourselves and all the area had to offer.

Great Home!

This home was perfect for our family vacation to Wells. It was extremely clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The location was also great, walking distance to Cogdon's and some restaurants. Close to many restaurants, beaches and other activities. We'd def rent this home again.
