Welcome to our cozy 2-bd /2-bth home that is perfect for your stay. The home is a quick 11 minutes away from the airport and 20 minutes from all the tourist attractions downtown and the San Antonio Riverwalk, the #1 attraction in the state of Texas, has to offer. You are a 20-minute drive to Lackland AFB, making it an ideal spot for visiting loved ones. Enjoy endless shopping and numerous trendy bars and restaurants at The Rim,(therimsa.com) only 15-20 min away. Fiesta Texas is easy to get to, about 20 minutes. Sea World is about 30 minutes away, but a straight shot taking 1 highway. And nearby, nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to Hardberger Park, about 4 miles away. Hardberger has miles of paved and unpaved trails for hiking all day! The fully equipped kitchen w/free coffee/tea will make you feel right at home. You also have an air fryer, plates, cups, wine glasses, and all needed utensils at your dispaosal! Parking available for 3 vehicles (2-car carport and 1 car garage wth door opener). And please please enjoy the well-lit "Good Vibes Only" patio deck for a relaxing time under the stars or for an early morning coffee and reading outdoors! Or just enjoy it doing nothing at all! Its our little crown jewel of our property and we love it! During your stay, watch streaming movies on the 55inch TV in the living room. Meditate or read in the quiet room, with a sofa that adjusts for a refreshing afternoon nap! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The trees are big and tall. So napping is almost effortless! Visit San Antonio and stay with us for a comfort and relaxation in our GOOD VIBES ONLY little getaway! An ideal base to explore all SAN ANTONIO has to offer.

The property was in excellent condition and super clean. Arthur was super communicative and helpful for any questions we had! We look forward to staying with him again in the near future.

Lots to like

We stayed for three months, and this property was as good as the reviews we had read. The attached garage was very convenient and the large, new washer/dryer set was a big plus. The larger bedroom was very spacious, with a large walk-in closet and large bathroom with double sinks and lots of counter space. We didn't need the second bedroom, but it had an attached bathroom as well.The open floorplan living/dining room was nice with a big fireplace with TV above it. We made a lot of use of the separate office room with adjustable computer table as we each needed to do some video meetings.We didn't make much use of the deck off the main bedroom, but it looked very nice.The neighborhood was very, very quiet with well-maintained homes, but it was easy to get to the major road NW Military Highway. The owner was very responsive. There was a minor issue with the electronic door lock that was fixed immediately.

Great house for a getaway

The house was perfect. Everything we needed even have a garage in the back of the house to park the car. Dora was so responsive. Super clean and pretty!!! Close to Downtown and Riverwalk. We will definitely stay again.

Cute, clean, cozy and convenient!

My mom and I stayed at this house over Thanksgiving weekend to visit some family nearby. The first thing that was noticeable was how sparkly clean and organized it was. The owners put a lot of thought into this. They were also great to communicate with. I would receive nearly instant responses. I also thought it was very sweet that they left out snacks for us, which was totally unexpected and much appreciated after our road trip. The only negative feedback I have was that neither of the beds were very comfortable. Outside of that, it was a great stay and is so close to a great area.

Excellent Place to Stay in San Antonio

We truly loved our stay at this property! It was beautiful and so clean. Exactly as pictured on the website. Host was super nice and easy to communicate with. Everything we needed was there! We loved having a garage--especially with the threat of severe weather that weekend. Great location-we give it rave reviews and cannot say thank you enough for the hospitality. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!
