The property is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with a short distance to the airport, The Galaxy Wave Ferry, restaurants, and beautiful beaches to the west and east end of the island.
The house is spacious; it consists of 3000 square feet. On the first level, there is a spacious living room and an open-concept kitchen fully equipped with a gas range, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen island has six counter stools, while the dining table has six chairs. There is also outdoor dining on the first-level balcony and a BBQ grill.
On the first level is a bedroom with a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and direct access to a balcony. The bathroom is down the hallway with a walk-in shower.
On the second level, there is a second living room with access to a balcony and four master bedrooms.
Two master bedrooms offer a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet.
