Adequate but not nice
I felt the pictures were a bit misleading and I was frustrated with the level of cleanliness. There was not enough hot water to fill the tub even one third the way. The massage chair, from the 1990s, and the sauna and foos-ball table were crammed in a small shed outside. The house had a dog odor, which would have been fine if I were not allergic to dogs. There was a nest of yellow jackets in the bush right out the front door so we had to dodge them coming in and out. Stink bugs were living in the kitchen vent hood and 5 fell out onto the stove when I started boiling a pot of water. The old thermostat was difficult to position to a precise temperature for inside the house, which is actually a manufactured home. On the upside, it is very private and the small fire pit area down the hill makes for a fun little outing. He did leave a bottle of water in the fridge for us and was accommodating to our change in dates.
