Comfy Cozy 3BR Riverfront Condo in the White Mts

Deer Park Resort, located less than a quarter mile from exit 32, near Lincoln, offers a quiet, secluded location on the Pemi River, with a multitude of amenities. It is close to many attractions such as Loon Mt, Cannon Mt, The Lost River, The Flume, The Kangamagus Highway and so much more. You can hike or ski in the beautiful White Mountains then relax on the beach or on your private deck overlooking the river.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed with RokoTV and a private bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.

Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and a single bed with Roko TV.

This riverfront condo, nestled in the heart of the White Mountains, offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and air conditioning. This great location, overlooking the Pemi river, is just a quarter mile from exit 32 off Route 93, yet offers a peaceful escape. The condo includes guest passes to the resort recreation center with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, games, racquetball courts, and more!

There’s plenty to do in or around this fabulously located condo. In the winter, get cozy by the fireplace on the large, comfy couch after a fun day of skiing, snowmobiling or skating with family and friends. For snowy adventures, ski at Loon, or drive to Cannon Mountain, just 15 minutes away. Snowmobile trips, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing are other fun wintertime activities. During the summer, enjoy swimming at the Deer Park sandy beach, fishing in the pond or play a friendly game of basketball, tennis or pickleball. Get outside and hike the Appalachian Trail from Lincoln Woods, zip-line at Alpine Adventures, ride the gondola up Loon Mt or the Tram at Cannon Mt for stunning scenic views. Other close by New Hampshire attractions include Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale Waterpark, The Flume and The Basin. Take a scenic drive over the Kancamagus highway, known for world famous fall foliage, and continue on to Conway and Mount Washington.

No smoking in the unit or within 200 feet of building is permissible.

Wonderful White Mountail Vacation

Everything was exactly as the listing explained. We loved the location and how easy everything was. Home was very clean and had a great layout for my family. We will definitely be back!

Excellent place to stay!

We had a fantastic experience in this clean, comfortable condo that is in a beautiful and convenient setting. The communication leading up to our arrival and during our stay was excellent. The common facilities of the resort (pool, exercise room, etc.) are well maintained. Hope to return here again sometime soon!

Well-equipped, comfortable, convenient

Worked great for our family ski trip. Really enjoyed the fires. Rec center ammenities are awesome for all ages. Only bad part was having to leave.

Highly Recommend

This condo was lovely, it had everything we needed and plenty of room. The location is prime with a beautiful view of the river and within walking distance of the pond and clubhouse. The hosts were quick to answer any questions promptly. Would definitely rent here again.

Wonderful, clean, tastefully decorated condo. Nice balcony overlooking a river, great for morning coffee. It’s within walking distance (.5 mile) to North Woodstock shopping and restaurants. We would definitely use this property again.

Awesome condo

We have stayed at many VBRO places. Our stay here was one of the best places ever. Our hosts were very generous with supplies, including paper goods and kitchen needs. We were delayed a day in arriving, due to an emergency at home, and wished we were able to stay the entire time, especially after finding out how very great this place was! The only negative was that on both sides of the complex, the railings had wet paint on them. That was something, I am sure, that was out of the hosts control, but made for difficulty since one of our family members is an 80 year old grandmother. She had to be assisted on the stairs, as the railings were not useable.
