Situated among serene woods, the house is comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The deck is perfect for gatherings, with plenty of space for dinner, games, s'mores making and stargazing around the fire pit. As twilight sets in, the canopy of trees provides a calming backdrop, making this place the perfect haven to escape everyday life.

Located just a few miles outside of downtown Harbor Springs, as well as right along the famous Tunnel of Trees, this home provides the perfect location all year round. Take pleasure in the proximity to Northern Michigan’s top beaches during the summertime, prime dining in Harbor Springs and surrounding areas, as well as popular tourist destinations like Pond Hill Farm and Cross Village. Optional access to Birchwood Golf and Country Club* amenities which include golf courses, clubhouse, pool, tennis, fitness facility, hiking trails, and more! Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob are just a short drive as well for your skiing, golfing, and more. Birchwood's Broken Bow looks forward to providing an exceptional vacation destination for your family and friends!

A maximum of six (6) Renter Access Cards are issued per rental property/rental period. Cards are active
only during the days of your rental period. Cards must be shown at all amenities and services to access all.
Renter Access Cards are assigned as follows:
1. Renter Access Cards with Golf privileges: Two (White) Cards have access to Golf. One is issued to the
individual who signed the Registration Form and set up a House Account (the Renter), and the other
holder of this card is assigned by the Renter for the spouse or other such person.
2. Renter Guest Cards are limited to a maximum of four (4) people. This includes family under the age of
21 and guests. Renter family and guests must show proof of access to the Common Properties by carrying their Renter Access Cards.

Great stay

Overall great stay, good location, plenty of space for my 4 person family, house needs some repairs(retaining wall by driveway), owner was easily reachable by text and responded quickly.

Great Stay

I stayed at this property with my husband and our three year old. It was a great stay. The location is lively and the fire pit outside was perfect for fall evenings. The only thing I didn’t realize when I booked was the master bedroom was at the top of a spiral staircase. This was definitely too dangerous for our three year old to manage so we stayed in the downstairs bedrooms which was fine but one of the beds on the first floor is the stiffest mattress I’ve ever slept on and the loudest/ creakiest thing ever. Every time I rolled over or moved a limb I thought I was going to wake the whole house. Other than that we really enjoyed our time in Harbor Springs and easily made this place our home away from home for a few lovely days.
