Black Butte Ranch utvecklades på 1970-talet och ger en, trygg ett säkert område för din familj att ge sig ut på egen hand. Vi är en gated community och har två 18-håls golfbanor, fyra stora pooler, nitton tennisbanor och miles av cykelvägar. Det är en fungerande ranch med nötkreatur och hästar. Ridning finns antingen individuellt eller gruppvis. Tennisbanor finns över hela ranch på flera platser. Bike, tennis, golf och skiduthyrning finns på lodgen.

Vi har en vacker lodge som ser ut på en sjö och flera berg. Fine dining är tillgänglig på lodgen, poolen restauranger och en grill på Pro shop. För ivrig flugfiskare, är vår sjö fylld årligen. Vi har även kanoter och kajak finns att hyra. Vi ligger 20 minuter från Hoodoo skidort

A perfect home away from home

Your home was perfect for ourselves, 2 daughters and spouses and 3 teenage grandsons. The house and decor are beautiful, well maintained and stocked with everything we could possibly need! Summer family vacation

Great house with lots of space for two families. The spiral staircase going upstairs is somewhat precarious. We were happy with the house! I contacted the owner and he responded immediately.

Holiday weekend fun!

We had a wonderful stay over the holiday weekend. The proximity to Lakeside - walking or biking was great. The new washer and dryer were fantastic as we like to wash clothes and swimsuits through out our trip, especially with kids in tow. I will say the house needs more pool towels. There were only 5, maybe 6? And the home says it sleeps 10. And it would be nice to have a key code for the home. With just one key and no access to the garage code we did have to do some coordinating about making sure whoever was coming back to the house first had the key. Over all it was a great stay!

Great host communication!

This was part of our annual trip to go scuba dive in Clear Lake. Black Butte Ranch is perfectly located between Clear Lake and Sisters. The one thing they don’t explain about BBR is that it costs an additional $9/person/day. Even if you don’t use the facilities. I wish this could be reflected in the total cost when comparing properties. This house was great and Adam the host was responsive to questions. This house is located centrally in BBR in a quiet area. The house itself like most in BBR is older but very nicely equipped. It has a large deck and bicycles which we took advantage of with the nice weather. Great space and would stay here again.

This home was beyond our expectations. The outdoor area had so many chairs and games. The inside was spotless and filled with supplies that we could use. The beds are all comfortable and the owner was very kind Answering all of my questions prior to our arrival. I would definitely rent this again in the future and my family would also. Fantastic Home and Well Furnished! Five stars.

Great property, well maintained and furnished. Exceeded my expectations and then some. We brought our own food and glad we did as the closest grocery store charges sky high prices in nearby Sisters. The property is not walking distance to swimming pools but we rode bikes and drove. The hosts provide a well equipped kitchen, library, a second fridge and many other extras who might find helpful.

Wonderful getaway!

Great Place for A Family Gathering

We enjoyed several fun days with our kids and grandkids at this lovely, large house close to Paulina Pool. Its five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, individually controlled air conditioning in the various rooms , lots of food storage space (two refrigerators), a very large deck space with lots of seating, and a barbecue provided comfort and space for all ten of us.

One of the Best

This was an excellent house for our three generational family trip. This home is older but very well taken care of. It has a great deck for relaxing and watching the birds that visit the numerous bird feeders in their yard. We would definitely book this home again.

A Perfect Family Retreat

Black Butte Ranch has been our favorite family vacation spot since the early 1980's. We have spent many summers there with our parents, siblings and our own children and their friends. Now we are the grandparents and are excited that our grown kids and our grandkids enjoying spending a week with us at this special place. Schon Wald was a perfect fit for our family. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it was never crowded. The kitchen/dining/living area is very open and comfortable. The dining area seats 10. One of our days there we had a power outage so we ate by candle light! The deck is large with plenty of seating. We enjoyed the graveled area on the side of the house to play games--there was a ladderball game that we all enjoyed--our 3 year old granddaughter beat us all! The house was stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, etc. There was a spare fridge and a washer/dryer in the utility room. It is in a very beautiful wooded and quiet setting. I would definetely stay here again. Thanks to the Carlton family for sharing your wonderful home.

Perfect for large groups

This house was perfect for our group of 9. When arriving, we all thought it was even nicer than the photos indicated. The west wing rooms and bathroom looked new. There was plenty of space for all of us at the dining table, or outside on the deck or on the picnic tables. The kitchen is stocked with all kinds of appliances and interior is really well kept. Location is about a 10 minute bike ride to Paulina or the Lodge. The kids preferred Glaze Meadow which was a little far for the youngest to ride, but it's still a great location on a cul-de-sac. The owners were very helpful in answering our questions, before and after our arrival. Thanks for sharing your beautiful house with us!

Fourth of July Gathering

We were very pleased with every thing about our stay at Schon Wald at Black Butte. There were ten of us...Grandma and Grandpa...Son and wife and two children...daughter and husband and two children.We had a wonderful time...there was something for everyone to do. The accommodations were wonderful. Everything we needed was provided and in excellent condition. We all agreed that next year we would extend our stay to 5 nights instead of 3. Thank you for letting us stay!
