Beauty and the Beach offers Seaside Relaxation

A short walk to the beach! The 1st floor features a den, kitchenette, and bedroom with it's own bath, providing convenience & privacy. The 2nd floor opens to the living room, with comfortable furnishings, and leads seamlessly to a dining area and gourmet kitchen. Then discover the master suite, a true sanctuary on the 3rd floor, with a fireplace, sitting area, office space and spa bathroom. And, roof top deck!


All communication with your Beach View Representative will go through the channels you initiated the reservation from.

Hollywood Beach, with its pristine shores and laid-back vibes, is a true gem along Ventura County's coastline. The neighborhood exudes a friendly, beachy charm that makes every day feel like a vacation. It's the kind of place where you can sip your morning coffee with the sound of waves as your soundtrack and watch the sun paint the sky in stunning hues at sunset.

Our Beach View Representative will roll out the welcome mat. They will guide you through the check-in process, walk you through the property and introduce you to all the amenities it has to offer you. They will also answer any questions you may have. Trust us, they're as friendly as the city itself!

Beauty and the Beach is a 3 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with roof top deck.
Front yard: Charming courtyard with lush landscaping & fountain.
Ground Floor: Features a den, kitchenette, and bedroom with it's own bath, providing convenience & privacy.
Second Floor: Opens to the living room, with comfortable furnishings, and leads seamlessly to a dining area and gourmet kitchen. T
Top Floor: Discover the master suite, a true sanctuary! With a fireplace, sitting area, office space and spa bathroom, you won't want to leave.
Roof top deck!


Public transit is limited. Easy access to private transport companies like Uber, Lyft, and Taxi.

Items Provided: Bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided.
The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils and such for you to use.

Such a great place to stay

We spent a couple of nights here in July. The neighborhood is amazing, the house is super nice, the hosts were very helpful, and we really enjoyed our time there. I would recommend this place.

We loved it!

It's a great house, super close to the beach. The hosts were very communicative and willing to accommodate us. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There is plenty to enjoy both inside the house, the surrounding neighborhood, and the beach right down the road. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Unbelievable!

BS"D Dawn, the manager was nothing short of incredible, professional, patient (when our credit cards were having trouble) and thorough. She's also very nice.This property is beautiful! Also, it is so evident thay this property is taken care of to the last detail. It is clean, beautiful, comfortable. Also, many home in Oxnard this close to the beach have no AC. Not Beauty and the Beach. Also, the rooftop is gorgeous. 100 stars from us!Highly highy highly recommend.

Beautiful Weekend stay with a couple of issues

The house was very nice, large enough for the 10 of us, and close to the beach; a great location! However, a few things didn’t work: the dishwasher, grill/no propane, not sure if it worked, and the fireplace in main living room. Also the kitchen had a smart faucet which stopped working. It only needed new batteries, but an explanatory note and a couple of extra batteries would have been helpful. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. We never got a response to a question about locking the door. And it could have been a little cleaner/our dog spent the weekend trying to get to the crumbs under the couch.

Beach time with family

Our family of seven adults and two littles (3/5) stayed together in this home for three nights. Cooked all breakfasts and lunches in the kitchen and one dinner. Very well equipped. The sensor sink takes a little getting used to however. We would recommend this home for a larger group like ours. Bring warm beach wear however. It was CHILLY for our little ones. And the water was COLD!

Christmas getaway

We loved our stay! The house was amazing! Plenty of room for 5 adults and two small dogs. The kitchen was fully stocked with all items needed to cook and set a nice table. The master bedroom and bath were lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Experience at Beauty & the Beach!

An absolutely hidden gem of an area, this home is beautifully furnished and worked out perfect for me and my friends. We watched the stunning sunsets every night from the roof top deck. We drank our coffee on the front balcony with the gorgeous mountain views. We walked for cocktails, lunch, on the beach and to boating around the harbor. Just a perfect experience. And the management team was incredibly helpful! Thank you so much!

A beautiful house

Upon arrival, we were very happy with the location of the house. It’s a couple minute walk to the beautiful beach. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised to walk to a farmers market on Sunday morning. The house has everything you would need. 4 bedrooms and plenty of space for 2 families The 1st floor was great for the teens, with a kitchenette, living space, bathroom and bedroom. The master bedroom is on the 3rd floor and has an ocean view from the bathroom The patios have a great view. The best view is on the rooftop. Perfect for watching the sun set into the ocean. If we book again in Oxnard, we would definitely choose this house.

We had a wonderful family getaway. Easy access to beach, Chanel Islands Harbor, restaurants. We enjoyed walking along the harbor and watching the sea lions bark and play!

Perfect Beach House!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Beauty and the Beach home in Oxnard. This was one of our last vacations before a few of my kids moved away and this house helped make our family vacation perfect. I believe we were one of the very first groups to stay in the home as it had just become a rental. The management company, specifically Dawn, was responsive before and after I booked answering my questions and letting me know how checkin would go. The house was not yet set up for using the digital keypad on the entry door, so Dawn met us at the house to give us keys and show us around the house. The house was just as pictured. Beautifully furnished and decorated with lots of high-end amenities and appliances. And the beach was literally 2 houses away!!! The only complaint we had at all during our entire stay was just that the fridge and freezer stunk strongly of fish. That's obviously something that will go away or be resolved easily and people who love fish might not have minded it as much so not a big deal. Also the main floor washing machine was out of service for our stay, but there was a washer/dryer combo on the bottom floor and the main floor dryer worked and we used it plenty! We didn't want to leave, so we definitely give it a thumbs up! We already plan on coming back to this exact house in the very near future!
