Welcome to the Bahamas Beach Cottages! This is a beautiful, quiet community. Our dog friendly (all sizes considered) house is on a more secluded lot among old pine trees and abutting the Assawoman Canal. Drop the canoe and kayaks in the canal next to the house. Ride one of the four available bikes to the beach or into downtown Bethany, which is only 1.5 miles away. Relax in the hammock below the house. Or, hang out at the cottage streaming your favorite movie. With plenty of places to relax our cozy cottage is bigger than it seems. This is our second season hosting and we are still making additions/changes according to our guests. Please let us know how your stay was and what could make it even better!

Super location

This was a great find for us, right next door to Sea Colony with out Sa Colony pricing. Very private and fully complete and properly stocked. We would go back.

Lovely cozy cottage

This property is the epitome of cozy and comfortable. The host has everything you could need to enjoy the canal, biking and beaches. They are also very responsive and helpful when needed. This is not our first stay here and will definitely not be our last. Cheers to another fantastic Bethany weekend!

Amazing property and host

I simply cannot tell you how perfect this vacation rental checked and exceeded all of our expectations. Where to begin? It was immaculate, comfortable and easy.We enjoyed every single moment. The house had every amenity. The host was helpful, responsive and did not miss a detail. You have bikes, kayaks, a canoe and beach items at your disposal. I am extremely detail oriented and not easily impressed- this property exceeded expectations. It was well stocked, the host was attentive and non-invasive while ensuring we were comfortable. The location is perfect. What more can I say? If you do not love this one- I think it’s on you… thank you for a perfect October get away!

Great Time in South Bethany Near Canal

The house was clean and comfortable and in a great location along the canal (and a few miles from the beach). The host was accommodating. We made some wonderful memories and hope to return in the future!

Great Getaway

Great property near the beach. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the location on the canal was really unique. We had a great time and would love to return!
