This charming, renovated 1925 downstairs apartment is walking distance to Selby Botanical Gardens, the bay front and some of the best dining, shopping and art galleries in the downtown area. Just a short drive away are the beautiful beaches, museums and SRQ attractions.
The property has been in our family since the mid-fifties. Dan and Jen live on site in the main house and are happy to help with any questions about the area.

Newly renovated downstairs garage apartment with private patio. this space offers a stocked kitchen for two, WIFI, LG 48" smart tv, and free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, MAX and Apple TV. The chest holds games as well as extra shelves for clothing.

The bathroom has shampoo/conditioner/body gel provided, a lighted makeup mirror, hairdryer and some extra toiletries, if needed. All linens, towels and beach towels are provided.
The closet has iron/ironing board, lint rollers and robes for your convenience.

Carport area
In the beach chest holds chairs, umbrella, cooler, some games and a wagon for a great day at the beach.
The washer/dryer and clothes line are free to use. Please remove as much sand as possible before washing.
The gas grill should be used on the patio and not removed from the property.

Other things to note
-We limit the number of guests to two, unless the owners give consent.
-No pets or smoking of any kind, nor unattended candles on the premises.
There is a longterm tenant above so no late night loud music or noise. This is NOT a party house. The parking area is shared so please be respectful and park only in the designated spot.
