I am originally from Northern California, but came to San Diego in 2012 because of the great weather, amazing people, and great active and outdoor options throughout the city. There is nothing better than getting out in the sunshine and kayaking or stand up paddle boarding around Mission Bay! This place is my pride and joy and hope you can get an opportunity to experience what this city has to offer not just around the city, but at this home.

I love this neighborhood because it is tucked away, close to multiple freeways for easy access, yet very quiet and beautiful area. You can easily access parks, beaches, major attractions like zoo, seaworld, etc. all within 10-15 mins. Close to downtown and airport too.

This property is a duplex with a newly remodeled 2 bedroom nestled at the end of the driveway for private access and underneath mature foliage for shade and privacy. This also has a huge private and fenced in backyard that transports you to a magical place.
