Den har två sovrum och två badrum och är på en lagun och nära stranden. Köket ger gott om plats på bänken och har en förhöjd bar med sittplatser. Matsalen, precis utanför köket, har plats för sex och har utsikt över lagunen. Vardagsrummet har bekväma sittplatser, platt-TV, DVD-spelare och CD-spelare och flyter rakt in i solrummet, som också har utsikt över lagunen. Befälhavaren svit med king size-säng ligger utanför i vardagsrummet, har utsikt över lagunen, och har en TV och DVD-spelare och ett eget badrum med dubbla handfat och stora glas dusch. Det andra sovrummet med en full säng och en enkelsäng är avstängd i andra sidan av vardagsrummet och har sin egen hall badrum med dusch / badkar.

Great stay for tennis tournament

We stayed here for a tennis tournament on the island. Location was super convenient, place was clean and easy check in instructions from management. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice Villa

This was a nice 2-bedroom villa, conveniently located near the Sanctuary and the Tennis Club. It was clear and well-decorated and was worth the money.

Girl friend getaway

Beautiful spot. We were focused on beaching & biking our entire stay, so we were easy to please. The wildlife was a nice surprise as well: Deer, dolphins, & sea turtles.

Great stay in Kiawah

This villa is in a great location. It's an easy walk to the Sanctuary, the beach and Town Center Market. The layout inside worked well for us. Our teen had his own room and bathroom. Loved that the porch was enclosed and part of the living space. Beautiful views of the lagoon. The kitchen was fully equipped. This unit has a washer, dryer and fireplace. We will definitely stay here again.

NEEDS SOME LOVE

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs an update in general...furnishings and a new washer/dryer unit. The dryer barely works and the buzzer is broken on it. We read all the signs on it and it still dried sporadically. Also, this first floor unit was very noisy from the unit above. Overall it was very worn. There are so many rental options, we would not chose this one again.

The villa was a little farther from the beach than other Tennis Club villas we have rented. The villa could use a deep cleaning. The bike rental service was very convenient. The kitchen supplies were adequate. This villa was the best for nature sightings compared to other TC villas. The enclosed porch was different. It had pros and cons. Akers Ellis was very professional and attentive.

Tennis club villa.

Overall it was good. We had trouble accessing the unit with the key. They ended up replacing the door knob the second day but was still hard to access. Needs to be looked at. The condo was nice. It could use a good cleaning. The bed linens need to be replaced. I have been to Kiawah many times. It is always beautiful!

Definetely Would Return

It had the best stocked kitchen I've been in. Encountered some large roaches. Needs some minor extermination. A/C was down for a day but was immediately attended to and repaired by management.

Inaccurate description

Not clean,dryer not working(2 visits from repair people),no TV in 2nd bedroom, mold in master bath, mildew smell in 2nd bath, TV in master bedroom was awful, faucet in kitchen sink was hard to use. Will never rent this unit again.

We had some issues with the property during our visit, and I contacted the property manager. They took it seriously and responded right away. They’re very considerate and friendly. We are very satisfied with how they handled the situation. I would book with them again.

Social Distancing on Spring Break

This was not the property that we booked originally, Akers Ellis had to move us due to water damage in the unit we had already paid for. The unit was nice overall, the two full beds in the guest room was great for our daughters. Unfortunately, it was the week “ the world went crazy” due to the Coronavirus. We tried to make the best of it , but thought it was best to leave a day early and return home. We hope to return to Kiawah again under better circumstances.

A holiday respite

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely, quiet New Year's week in this very pleasant villa. We were pleasantly surprised by how roomy it was, and how well the furnishings had held up. Having morning coffee in the comfortable, sun-washed sitting area, watching wildlife on the pond, was a great start to a day. Two tips: the lockbox for the entry key is a little hard to operate, creating some first-night stress, and the guest book actually recommends the second-best beach entry, given the location of the villa. I think it's No. 28, rather than 29, that's best - the one closer to the Sanctuary.
