Spacious rooms and balcony

I (grandmother) stayed in the back bedroom, quiet and never heard much from the other rooms. If you’re able to take the one small flight of stairs to the pool and outside, it was convenient! The views were beautiful, got great pics! Loved the coffee shop/frozen drinks and food above the splash pad.Always something to do or just relax…..

Location and condo were beautiful, easy access on first floor so didn’t have to use elevator was a plus with the little ones. Hosts were very great and made sure we had all the info and more that we needed before we got there. Will definitely stay again!

Granddaughters time at the beach

The condo was clean and appealing. Loved the balcony! Very kid friendly. Being on the first floor was great because you can take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Great Locaton/Room

We really enjoyed our week long stay at this property during the 4th of July. The kids loved the pool/waterpark area. My wife and parents enjoyed being on the first floor. The elevators are a nightmare and having only one floor to take the stairs helped tremendously. The location of the condo was great also. We were close enough to all the fun and restaurants but far enough away that we didn’t have to fight traffic daily. We also had plenty of room for a family of four plus my parents in the condo. The rooms were clean and not cramped. The balcony was large enough to sit everyone comfortably to watch fireworks. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Great condo

This condo was clean, had almost everything we needed for our stay, and we really enjoyed the beach chairs that were included. The hosts were quick to respond to all of the questions we had.

Family fun

The condo was great, we had everything needed and a short drive to all the activities we planned. About 10-15min to Wonder works, rainforest putt putt and Ripley’s. Pier park was about 5-10min drive. Splash pool area was not all I hoped it would be but that is partly due to weather and my daughter not being too into it. I would recommend a stay here.

Loved our stay!!

The condo was Wonderful. Clean, well stocked and beautiful. Beds were very comfortable, had plenty of closet space. Contact with the owner was easy and they replied quickly. We enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying the ocean! First time to stay; we will definitely be back

Great place for families!

We had such a fun stay at Splash with our 4 kids ages 6 to 16. The grounds could definitely be updated a little, but it did not effect the fun we had. The 3 pools, hot tub, lazy river, and little waterpark area kept us busy most days. The ocean sand was so white and clean, and it was nice we had 2 loungechairs with an umbrella. There are tons of toys they provide near the beach for people to use. Our room was clean and welcoming! The beds were so comfy, and the master bath witn the large tub was a nicw surprise. The living room and master bedroom are connected to the large balcony with plenty of chairs, a rocker, and a cute high top table. The hotel is only a few miles from Pier Park shopping and restaurants, the pier, and so much more. The owera were very kind and communicated bery well through text. All in all it was an amazing time!

Wonderful Place.

Perfect place for family with kiddos!

We had the best time at this property. This was our first time staying at splash. The owners were quick to respond with questions. You can tell they are mindful of people with small children, there was a pack-n- play in the room we didnt expect which was nice, along with toddler plates and utensil, something that may seem not a big deal to some but when you have a 2 year old it means a lot. Being on the first floor was the best to not wait on the elevators. The 2nd bedroom was further away from the livingroom/master bedroom area, which again was perfect for us as our little one is a light sleeper. My husband and i agree we will definitely be staying here again!

Family Vacation

Condo was super nice modern, and clean. Stocked with everything you would need in a home away from your home. The 1st floor was amazing with a great view. No waiting in line for the elevator, can just take the stairs. Will book this condo again in the future.

Dated and Not clean.

The resort itself is very dated, extremely dirty and neglected. The pool areas were just beyond gross. The elevator also had a malfunction and jerked us around pretty hard one time. We used the stairs after that. The condo itself was ok inside, but also dated and poorly cleaned by housekeeping. Counters and tables not wiped clean, shower heads had mold on them and no water pressure at all. Musty smell in the master bedroom as well. Assume that’s from carpeting being in there. Carpet and the beach should not ever go together. Floors are extremely thin as well, so we could hear the people above us our entire stay which was very annoying. Someone also stole my husbands music speaker that was hanging on our umbrella and we suspect it was the guys who set up the beach chairs and umbrellas. Overall, pretty unhappy with the experience given how much we paid for the week. Definitely Won’t be back.

You will find that being on the lowest floor of Splash is a very nice benefit! Even though you are on the lowest floor, you are still three stories up -- giving you fantastic views without the long elevator wait. Also, our unit comes with two beachfront padded lounge chairs & umbrella reserved for our tenants between March 1st - October 31st. Now you don't have to rush down to the beach to get that perfect spot, because we have already reserved it for you! So sit back, relax, and enjoy every minute of your stay here at Splash 102W. Oh, and don't forget to tell your friends!
