Location and condo were beautiful, easy access on first floor so didn’t have to use elevator was a plus with the little ones. Hosts were very great and made sure we had all the info and more that we needed before we got there. Will definitely stay again!

Spacious rooms and balcony

I (grandmother) stayed in the back bedroom, quiet and never heard much from the other rooms. If you’re able to take the one small flight of stairs to the pool and outside, it was convenient! The views were beautiful, got great pics! Loved the coffee shop/frozen drinks and food above the splash pad.Always something to do or just relax…..

Loved our stay!!

The condo was Wonderful. Clean, well stocked and beautiful. Beds were very comfortable, had plenty of closet space. Contact with the owner was easy and they replied quickly. We enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying the ocean! First time to stay; we will definitely be back

Granddaughters time at the beach

The condo was clean and appealing. Loved the balcony! Very kid friendly. Being on the first floor was great because you can take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Had an amazing time at this condo! The location on the first floor above the lobby is perfect to avoid the long wait times for the elevator. Well definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Condo was super nice modern, and clean. Stocked with everything you would need in a home away from your home. The 1st floor was amazing with a great view. No waiting in line for the elevator, can just take the stairs. Will book this condo again in the future.

If you’re looking for the best possible Splash experience, this is the listing to book! No noise issues. Beautiful views. You’ll spend 10-15% more time on the beach or in the pool than everyone else because you don’t have to wait on the elevators. Our family had a fantastic time and we look forward to returning in the future!

We are Texas Longhorn fans, as the University of Texas is Brian's alma mater. We enjoy traveling, visiting with family, and watching college football. Now you don't have to rush down to the beach to get that perfect spot, because we have already reserved it for you! So sit back, relax, and enjoy every minute of your stay here at Splash 102W.
