The house was perfect. It was very clean and provided bath and beach towels. We had 11 people and everyone had their own space. The pool was the best part. The kids and adults loved it and it was a very short walk to get to it. The beach was amazing and was only a short drive. Plenty of great restaurants close by right on the island. Would definitely rent it again.

There was great communication from the property manager /avant- stay regarding check in and out instructions and key code. Very easy check out compared to other air b & bs I have stayed. The property has a lot of stairs like most beach properties. There were plenty of beds. House stayed very cool. Close to the beach. A heated pool was the best part! Great for adults and children. Highly recommend!!!

Really enjoyed the place. The water pressure was pretty low. Also, the floor on the first floor was very warm. Almost felt like there was a floor heater but didn't see a thermostat. The A/C had to be set low. Which made the middle floor cooler than it needed to beReally enjoyed the place

Other than the mattress in the 3rd floor bedroom being broken, the dryer continually made a loud noise when running and the water pressure in the showers was very low, we had a good time.In the rules it tell you all the things like carry out all trash, put towels in washing machine, load dishes in the dishwasher, I think that the 500.00 cleaning fee was extremely high. Although we did make the cleaners job a lot easier. Good Location and close to the beach.

Mini family reunion - four nights five days. Lovely week. Close to beach but with number of littles we still drove to beach. Took a sunset cruise (very nice and priced reasonably enough for the adventure). Saw 10-12 dolphins! Littles loved the pool and slide and made new friends on every visit. Our rule is to eat out only one time a day due to group size. Fast Food quality as expected and prices as expected. We did plan on one special dinner out but didn’t make reservations till day of and couldn’t get in to any of three places we tried. So make reservations for large groups early. House kitchen large enough to heat up prepared frozen meals we brought and make salads and appetizers. Needed two iced coolers- kept downstairs for drinks. That was expected and planned for. Large dining table provided plenty of room for cards and games every afternoon. Plenty of seating for “movie” nights. Only issue was SLOW dryer and we didn’t call to get it repaired - opted to hang towels on second floor patio. Our call- we didn’t want to be bothered. Overall rating. Great visit. We would return.

Sunset cruise with a dozen dolphins and littles making new friends at the pool every day — that's the stuff family reunions are made of! Sounds like the house handled the group beautifully, with a kitchen that kept the meal plan running and a dining table that pulled double duty for cards and games each afternoon. Thank you for mentioning the dryer as well; that's been passed along to our team so they can take a look, and please never hesitate to reach out if something needs attention. Your tip about booking dinner reservations early for a big group is a good one — we'd love to welcome your whole crew back anytime.

Great multi family stay

3 families, 7 kids (ages 9-15) 6 adults. Plenty of room for all of us. Great location to walk to the beach. On-site pool was a plus. First level king bedroom was very small but worked. Third floor bedroom doesn’t have a door, just leads to the stairs. Couches could use more cushion. But over all great.

Birthday Trip

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! It accommodated 6 adults and 3 kids perfectly! It was clean, cozy, the beds were so comfortable, close to everything in town & just a quick walk to the beach! I could have overlooked it but it would have been nice for the listing to note that the outdoor pool was heated. With it being a colder week I did not pack swimsuits. But, this condo is a 10/10!

Short Family Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay! We had nine adults and one baby. The community pool is wonderfully heated. The beach is just a short walk away! Unit was spacious and comfortable. We wish the floors were cleaned a bit better, as our baby crawled around, but overall the unit was tidy except for dog hair. Be sure to bring your own pots and pans, as the condition of the ones in the unit make it very hard to cook meals. Overall, good rental and would rent again for the price!!

Great stay!

We had 11 people and felt like we had plenty of space. The pool was a HUGE hit with the kids. They loved the water slide and didn’t want to leave! Beach access was super easy and quick. We went on Labor Day weekend but it was still quiet. The only minor downside is if you like to cook, the kitchen isn’t super stocked. It has plenty of pots and skillets, but we couldn’t find any sheet pans. But we adapted so it was fine! We would definitely stay again! My niece was really sad to leave lol!

Aesthetically appealing but no hot water the entire stay

The home was beautiful, but we had no hot water when we arrived. We called maintenance the next morning and they came and we then had lukewarm water. By evening no hot water again until we left. Needless to say, too much money for cold showers. Very disappointing
