Guest access
Please enjoy access to the entire house and back yard. The main parking area is in front of the house, but there is also a driveway to the right of the house. You can park there, but the side door will be locked.
Wifi and Roku streaming are included. Full size washer and dryer located inside. Please ask about propane BBQ grill if you are interested in using it.

* 10-15 minutes walking distance to downtown Cottonwood
* If you take a short walk to the end of the street, you'll find the newly opened DA Vines Vineyard Wines & Bistro. Great food, wine and live music Friday and Saturday nights.
* Maynard James Keenan, lead singer of Tool/A Perfect Circle lives in Jerome and owns Merkin Vineyards. You will also notice the construction of a new winery downtown called Merkin Vineyards Hilltop Winery and Trattoria.

Great quiet house

Really nice house and attentive host. Very nice condition and style. We stayed and went to Sedona which is a crazy buisy place come to find out. It’s less than 30mins away. Walk to downtown Cottonwood was about half mile. Lots of good places. Colt BBQ was the best I think.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very clean and comfortable,located in a nice quiet neighborhood and easy to find. The host is great,quick to respond and checks to make sure everything is good. We would stay here again!

The Highland House is situated on a quiet, dead-end, neighborhood street.
The town of Cottonwood sits just south of Sedona. While it's growing quickly, it still gives you that small-town feel. Old town Cottonwood has the perfect mixture of shops, tasting rooms, wineries and restaurants, and you're just minutes away whether you choose to walk or drive from the house. We chose this neighborhood because of the quiet location for those looking to relax, but also for the close proximity to downtown for guests wanting some excitement. And for the hikers, wine enthusiasts and adventurous types, you're a short car ride away from Sedona hiking, Jerome's ghost town and several beautiful wineries/vineyards.

What makes our property stand out from the rest comes from the many reviews we've gotten since launching February 2023. Guests often describe Highland House as cozy, home-away-from-home, extremely clean with comfortable beds, great location, perfect for what we needed, lots of pillows, and safe.
The most important thing for our guests is having a clean, safe and comfortable place to make memories. However, if you're simply looking for a place to stay while passing through, we've got that covered, too.
